A new version of PTAGIS Interrogation File Formatter (PIFF)  was released to provide limited support for the Biomark IS1001 transceiver. This release will process files containing raw data output from this transceiver or those captured from the CR1000 data logger. It will not decode some of the short status and noise reports, leaving them in the original comma-separated format or it may show some of these reports as errors.

Remember if you're processing data from a CR1000, PIFF assumes this data is logged and will require you to select the Output Buffered Records as Real-Time Detections option when creating an interrogation file. Use this option only if you intend to submit these data as real-time observations.

The software can be downloaded from here from the Software section of this website. If you have any issues or questions about PIFF please respond using this forum.
