It was requested that I edit my SbyC request to FPAC.  I have done so.  Do I "Submit" it again to let them know it was done, or notify my FPAC representative that it has been updated?

    Thanks,
    Doug

You should resubmit your SbyC request to notify FPAC that you have edited it as requested.

When I clicked on "Submit", a "Waiting for beta.ptagis.org..." message appear, as expected.  After about a minute, I received the following error,

Error : The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply after 00:00:59.9843994. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout., please notify us ptagiswebmaster@ptagis.org

I tried a couple more times, with the same result.  I logged out of the site, came back in, and received the same error.

I am using Chrome 25, which it says is up-to-date.

It appears that you didn't get a request for more information through the application itself, but rather a direct request from an FPAC member. In that case, you do not need to resubmit the request, but should just notify your FPAC rep that you have made the changes. Sorry for the confusion.
