Migration Year and Brood Year Validation

On June 25, 2014, validation procedures were tightened up for the Migration Year and Brood Year fields in tag data files.

Migration Year will fail validation if either of the following conditions are true:

Migration Year > Tag Date Year + 1  ----> implemented Sept 2013
Migration Year < Tag Date Year        ----> new 

Brood Year will fail validation if either of the following conditions are true:

Brood Year > Tag Date Year            ----> implemented Sept 2013
Brood Year < Tag Date Year - 2       ----> new
