CHM - Chumstick Creek
This site is a permanent instream PIT tag detection system located at rkm 0.4 on Chumstick Creek (Wenatchee River Basin), located just above the North Road Bridge, near Leavenworth, WA. The site consists of three 8-foot antennas in series, each installed in a flat plate configuration. Each antenna spans the wetted width of the channel during base flows. The antennas were built and installed by WDFW. The site is connected to grid power to maintain charge of the battery bank powering the transceiver.
