    PTOC programmatically 'closed' the previously-truncated AB203239.C file,
    leaving a 10-minute gap in the data collection record between AB203239.C
    and AB203239.D.

    Dee McClanahan reports an anomaly at AB2 yesterday that resulted in 
    the loss of 6.25 hours of data between 0600-1400h.

    I surmise, based on the time stamps when the AB1, AB2, WW1 and WW2 data
    files are uploaded, that these sites are reporting on Pacific Daylight
    Time (PDT).

    12/17/02:  AB2 unique turned off
    12/27/02:  AB2 Minimon version switched to v1.081 to check for software
    errors causing Overruns
    1/31/03:  AB1 & AB2 antennas destroyed
    2/7/03:  AB1 & AB2 antennas replaced and operational
    2/12/03:   AB2 unique turned on
    2/26/03:  still fine tuning both systems

    At midnight on January 30 2003 the antennas at AB1 and AB2 on Abernathy
    Creek in Longview, WA were removed from their stationary status.  Most
    antennas were salvaged and both systems will be replaced as soon as the
    water level in the Creek subsides.  The rain is expected to continue
    through to Monday so the earliest replacement would be the end of next
    week  (6 - 7 Feb 2003).
