Do not use tabs, only spaces. Date Time Who What ---------- ----- -------- ----------------------------------------------- 12/08/2004 12:31 Dave I've disabled site-checking until USFWS staff resume automated file uploads and notify us to re-implement the status check. 06/28/2004 10:49 Darren This is a test message sent from the ‘legacy’ web interface. It should be deposited in the top-level directory of the AB2 Events forum. 06/04/2004 17:14 Dave_Mar I removed Gayle Zydlewski from this site's alert email distribution list. 05/28/2004 13:50 Jim - Installed new battery backup unit so that station can maintain power longer during power outages. - Installation began at 10:25 AM and was completed at 11:20 AM on 5/28/05. 05/28/2004 13:44 Jim - Power from electric utility company was interrupted due to tree falling on power line. Checked computer at 10:00 AM, it was turned off. Turned computer back on and started Minimon. Checked Minimon Data and Archive directory for file AB204149.A but not found. Did find AB204149.A .Tmp in data directory but it contains no data. As a result of the power outage there is a data gap from 12:00 PM on 5/27/04 to 10:00 AM on 5/28/04. - File AB204148.C was missing from PTAGIS database. This file is in the archive directory on station computer so it was uploaded to PTAGIS using Minimon program. 04/12/2004 10:38 Jim At 8:15 AM on 4\12\04 the clock at AB1 was changed to synchronize it with the clock at AB2. Turned the clock for AB1 back one hour to take it off of daylight savings time. Also adjusted the minutes and seconds on the AB1 clock back approximately 2 minutes to correspond with AB2 clock. 03/26/2004 07:17 Gayle The satellite connection was turned off for 2 days (data files built up but were submitted on 3/26). All should be operational now. 03/10/2004 13:52 Jim Both transceivers at station replaced with new units at 2:00 PM on 3/9/04. 03/05/2004 18:38 Jim The satellite link for this station was turned off by Starband because of billing problems. It appears that the operating system for the computer at the station locked up when the link was restored. When the station was checked (9:00AM on 3/3/04) the computer was reset and Minimon is again collecting data and the satellite link is working properly. There are interrogation files missing from 6:00AM on 3/2/04 to 9:05AM on 3/3/04 because Minimon was not running. Buffers will be downloaded on both trancievers and they will be checked against the PITAGIS database to make sure that no detections were missed. 02/18/2004 13:24 Jim AB2 is back up and running after the high water washed out the antennas at the station. Below is a description of the events at the site from the time the antennas blew out until the time they were replaced. 1/29/04 - At approximately 11:00AM antenna B2 broke on bottom edge due to water pressure or debris. 1/30/02 - At approximately 2:00AM antenna B1 physically and electrically detached due to high water. 1/30/02 - Power to readers turned off at 7:10AM . 2/3/04 - Power to readers turned on at 11:20AM. No antennas connected. 2/9/04 - Antennas reinstalled 2/9/04 at approximately 4:00PM. 01/27/2004 10:43 Jim Checked site 1/27/04 and computer was stuck on Windows 98 shutdown screen. Reset the computer. Minimon was not running from 3:55 PM on 1/26/04 to 8:11 AM on 1/27/04. Buffers on the readers for the two coils were downloaded and checked and no fish detections are missing from PTAGIS database for the period that Minimon was down. 01/01/2004 11:56 Dave Initialized new event log for 2004. 2003 event log has been archived. ####End of Event Log for AB2###
