    Per Jim Gasvoda, the AB2 site was permanently decommissioned after the
    antennas were washed out last fall.  I've documented this in the AB2-2006
    record in the obs_site_dates, and moved AB2 into the "archaic" section of
    etc/sites.

    The site computer's Minimon archive was searched for files to fill the
    PTAGIS database gaps for AB2 that are present for the 2006 calender year.
    No archive files were identified to fill the data gaps.  The data gaps
    that are present are due to various equipment failures and power outages.

    The antennas at the site washed out due to high water on Nov 5, 2006 at 23:40.

    -  Installed antenna B2 on 22 Feb 2005.  Site is now fully operational.

    -  Installed antenna B1 at site and resumed PTAGIS data file submission at
    13:30 on 10 Feb 2005,.  Antenna B2 will be installed at a later date.

    High water washed the antennas at the AB2 site out on 1/10/06. Antennas B1
    & B2 washed out at ~2:00 AM.

    I enabled site-checking at AB2, as requested by Jim Gasvoda.  An alert
    will be sent to Jim and Ben Kennedy if data are not received for more than
    24 hours.
