Date Time Who What ---------- ----- -------- ----------------------------------------------- 12/13/2005 13:52 scottl GMC was performed , all transceiver were re-tuned and calibrated. No other problems to report. 12/08/2005 16:57 Alan_Bro Responding to the lack of files from Bonneville, it was found that the CentreCom FH712SW has a noisy fan. While moving cables and equipment in the coms rack connectivity was restored, probably due an intermittent cable or perhaps the FH712SW itself. The tardy files were submitted manually from BO4 and BO3, the others were submitted via PCA. PTAGIS Field Operations will continue to monitor. 10/24/2005 14:21 Darren A site GMC was performed at both locations. All transceivers were checked for tuning and noise no problems were found. 10/23/2005 08:58 troy@ruf 0C:HighTemp: Unsure what might have caused these alarms. Other transcievers in close proximity had elevated temperatures as well. PSMFC will monitor for future occourances. 10/13/2005 20:00 Scott_Li GMC was performed, all transcievers were retuned and calibrated as necessary. No outstanding problems to report. 09/22/2005 08:12 scottl@r 04:HighTemp,05:HighTemp,08:HighTemp,0C:HighTemp: These alarms are odd due to the fact that the temperature reported by the transceivers range from 48 to 50 C. The alarm should not sound until 60 C. This same occurrance was observed earlier this week. 09/02/2005 11:07 darren@r 02:HighTemp,03:HighTemp,04:HighTemp,05:HighTemp,06:HighTemp,08:HighTemp,09 :HighTemp,0A:HighTemp,0B:HighTemp,0C:HighTemp,0E:HighTemp: These alarms are not uncommon during periods of direct sunlight and warm temperatures. 08/31/2005 08:28 darren@r 05:TestTagFailure: Alarms will be addressed on the next site visit. 08/26/2005 08:01 scottl@r 04:HighTemp,05:HighTemp,08:HighTemp,0C:HighTemp: These alarms are typical for this time of year. 08/25/2005 15:11 Alan_Bro A GMC was performed 8/25/2005. The following problems with remote sites were detected; bo2: Last data submission was received on Fri Jun 10 6:01:37 PST 2005 Please check this out. 06/09/2005 11:20 Alan_Bro A GMC was performed 6/9/2005. All transceivers were checked and tuned as necessary. No problems found. 06/02/2005 13:06 Alan_Bro A GMC was performed 6/2/2005. All transceivers were tuned. The clocks on both PCs were adjusted ahead 00:06:11 so as to be within one second of atomic time. No other problems found. 05/26/2005 09:28 Darren A site GMC was performed today (5-26-05). All transceivers were checked for tuning, noise, and detectability. No problems were found. Both PC's have Minimon running in a full screen upon departure. 05/18/2005 16:46 Darren A site GMC was performed today (5-18-05). All transceivers were checked for tuning, noise, and detectability. No problems were found. Both PC's have Minimon running in a full screen upon departure. 05/05/2005 11:52 Troy A site GMC was performed 05/05/05. All transceivers were checked for tune and no problems were found. 04/30/2005 09:04 troy@ree 0C:LowExcCurrent: This alarm was caused by psmfc personnel during a GMC. 04/28/2005 09:44 Troy A GMC was performed 04/28/05. All transceivers were checked for tune and no problems were found. 04/16/2005 09:02 alan@ruf 01:LowExcCurrent,05:LowExcCurrent,0B:LowExcCurrent: These alarms were caused during a site visit. 04/13/2005 10:28 troy Correction to the previous pit event for 04/13/05. The coil with the elevated noise is OC not 10. 04/13/2005 10:25 Troy A site GMC was performed today. All transceivers were checked for tune. The hit rate of the TT was checked on 03 and was at 100%. Coil 10 is in the low to mid teens for noise. I was not able to tune out the noise. Suspect the problem is below the water level. PSMFC will continue to monitor this coil. It is still reading tags. 03/31/2005 08:29 alan@ruf 03:TestTagFailure: No apparent reason for this alarm. The transceiver appears to be in tune and is reading timer tags. PTAGIS Field Operations will continue to monitor. 03/30/2005 09:26 Alan_Bro Via PCA it was determined that BO2 PC1 was interrogating to BO205088.H1 as of 08:30 this morning. The log file showed that after sending BO205088.G1 at 20:59 yesterday the acknowledgement was not received from the server. Whether this is related to Minimon not changing files is unknown, we will continue to investigate. Minimon on PC1 was stopped, exited and restarted. I manually started a new file at 09:00 and archived all previous files in the data directory. Files BO205088.H2, BO205089.A2, BO205089.B2 and BO205089.C2 were manually submitted from PC2 to fill the gap. 03/30/2005 08:14 Alan_Bro PTAGIS Field Operations is looking into the whereabouts of the tardy files. 03/28/2005 08:38 alan@ruf 03:TestTagFailure: This transceiver has not generated an error since it's noise performance returned to normal yesterday afternoon. PTAGIS Field Operations will continue to monitor. 03/27/2005 08:39 troy@ruf 03:TestTagFailure: This transceiver is experiencing high noise which is causing the timer tag to fail. PSMFC will address this on the next sight visit. I was unable to determine the exact cause of the noise. 03/16/2005 13:48 Alan_Bro A GMC was performed 3/16/2005. All transceivers were tuned. The v5.0 transceiver firmware upgrade was verified. No problems found. 03/03/2005 09:58 troy@ree 05:TestTagFailure,09:TestTagFailure,0A:LowExcCurrent,10:LowExcCurrent: Clearing the TASS panel. 02/25/2005 13:37 Alan_Bro All transceivers were flashed with version 5.0 firmware 2-25-2005. 02/18/2005 09:40 Alan_Bro BO205048.C1 was manually submitted via PCA. 02/18/2005 09:16 Alan_Bro PTAGIS Field Operations is investigating the whereabouts of BO205048.C1. 01/26/2005 12:01 Alan_Bro A GMC was performed 1/26/2005.
