No obvious loose conduits or antenna damage was witnessed. The DCP and pittag room was checked and no problems were found. 12/07/2010 18:28 Dave Per the facility operators, the Washington Shore and Cascades Island fish ladders went to orifice flow on 01 December, and were dewatered to tailwater on 03 December. Per Darren's 12/06/10 event log entry for BO2, both ladders will remain Out of Service until the last week of February 2011. 12/06/2010 07:36 Darren According to site personnel the ladder was taken to orifice flow on Wednesday (12-1-10) and to tail race on Friday (12-3-10) at 09:30. The ladder will remain Out of Service until the last week of February 2011. 11/14/2010 08:09 Darren These sites had trouble loading the first two files of the day today. I had trouble with the loading in some cases it took 5 tries to get the files to PTAGIS. 11/07/2010 08:36 Alan With much effort I was able to push the outstanding files to PTAGIS. I suspect there is an issue of some sort in Sellwood. Data collection has been verified. PTAGIS Field Operations will continue to monitor. 10/06/2010 07:50 scottl@b 0C:HighTemp: Noted 09/30/2010 08:02 darren@b 03:HighTemp,04:HighTemp,05:HighTemp,07:HighTemp,08:HighTemp,0C:HighTemp: Alarms not uncommon this time of year. 09/28/2010 07:32 darren@b 01:HighTemp,02:HighTemp,03:HighTemp,04:HighTemp,05:HighTemp,06:HighTemp,07 :HighTemp,08:HighTemp,09:HighTemp,0B:HighTemp,0C:HighTemp,0E:HighTemp,0F:H ighTemp,10:HighTemp: This time of year the sun sets in a different horizon which causes the enclosures to get hotter during a warm day. This is not uncommon this time of year. 09/26/2010 09:20 alan@bay 01:HighTemp,02:HighTemp,03:HighTemp,04:HighTemp,05:HighTemp,06:HighTemp,07 :HighTemp,08:HighTemp,09:HighTemp,0B:HighTemp,0C:HighTemp,0E:HighTemp,0F:H ighTemp: Alarms are common this time of year. 09/19/2010 08:26 Troy Manually pushed the delinquent files. It took two attempts for the files to successfully go. 09/12/2010 08:22 Darren The outstanding files for these sites were manually pushed to PTAGIS via PCA. 09/07/2010 11:54 Alan A GMC was performed 9/7/2010. All transceivers were checked and tuned as necessary. Outstanding files on PC2 were archived. The temp folders on both PCs were emptied. The clocks on both PCs were set to within one second of atomic time. No undocumented problems found. 09/04/2010 10:38 scottl@b 01:HighTemp,02:HighTemp,03:HighTemp,04:HighTemp,05:HighTemp,06:HighTemp,07 :HighTemp,08:HighTemp,09:HighTemp,0A:HighTemp,0B:HighTemp,0C:HighTemp,0E:H ighTemp: Noted 09/01/2010 12:36 scottl All networking FO and copper converters and switches were replaced in lieu of the system wide network upgrades. The PSMFC network is now exclusively using black box products with the exception of the Sonicwall firewall and Dell managed switch in BO3. All Allied Telsyn products that were removed are being brought back to the Kennewick office for storage. Cleaned out the spiders webs underneath the level sensor in the transport flume at b2J. This was causing the level sensor to send false readings. 08/26/2010 09:21 Alan Files BO210237.M9 & BO210237.N9 were tailored to fit the gaps created by yesterdays platform maintenance and submitted via email. 08/26/2010 08:19 darren@b 01:HighTemp,02:HighTemp,03:HighTemp,04:HighTemp,05:HighTemp,06:HighTemp,07 :HighTemp,08:HighTemp,09:HighTemp,0A:HighTemp,0B:HighTemp,0C:HighTemp,0D:H ighTemp,0E:HighTemp,0F:HighTemp,10:HighTemp: Alarms not uncommon during this time of year. 08/25/2010 14:52 Alan Remotely added the Biomark 23 MM tag to the country code list in both PC1 and PC2 registries. 08/25/2010 14:36 Scott_Li The firewall settings for the DCP PC1 were set to ON in which case would not allow the Pings to go through and was blocking remote access. Had Jon R. turn the FW to off, Hobbit is all green. 08/24/2010 12:58 scottl Replaced primary DCP due to hardware failures. Reconfigured devices and tested good. Submitted files 10234.s2 through 10236.L2 to backfill the data gap left due to the DCP PC1 outage. No other problems to report. 08/23/2010 16:19 Don_Warf PC1 will be replaced tomorrow. 08/23/2010 08:10 Scott_Li PC1 does not respond to pings and it cannot be accessed remotely. PCA'd into PC2 to verified it is collecting data. More soon. 08/17/2010 08:58 darren@b 07:HighTemp,08:HighTemp,0C:HighTemp: These alarms are not uncommon this time of year, especially when they are not spilling. 08/16/2010 14:06 Scott_Li Jon Thomas reports that the COE will be testing the transfer switches in the North tower this afternoon. The outages will be brief, ~ 1 to 2 minutes in duration. These outages should not affect the BCC transceiver or DCP, but BO2 transceivers will obviously be down during this time. BO2 DCP should not be effected either. Scott Livingston PSMFC-PTAGIS 7103 W. Clearwater Ave. Suite H. This transceiver is reading PIT tags and timer tags well. The alarm threshold was lowered from 2900mA to 2600mA. 07/22/2010 13:10 scottl Performed site GMC, all transceivers were re-tuned and calibrated as necessary, no problems to report. One note, the foliage and blackberry bushes are taking over the transceiver enclosures and BB bushes are almost blocking the PIT tag room door along with other weeds. This should be addressed at some point, this is creating a trip hazard for workers. Will call Jon R. in the AM to see if they can defoliate the area. 07/09/2010 08:32 darren@b 02:HighTemp,03:HighTemp,04:HighTemp,05:HighTemp,06:HighTemp,07:HighTemp,08 :HighTemp,0C:HighTemp: Alarms not uncommon for this time of year. 07/01/2010 13:09 Darren A site GMC was performed today (7-1-10). All transceivers were checked and adjusted for tuning, noise, and detectability. The files on PC2 were archived. No problems were discovered during this visit. 06/23/2010 13:28 Darren A site GMC was performed today (6-23-10). All transcievers were checked and adjusted for tuning, noise and detectability. No problems were discovered during this visit. The files on PC2 were archived. 06/08/2010 11:27 Alan A GMC was performed 6/8/2010. All transceivers were checked and tuned as necessary. No problems found. 06/05/2010 08:45 alan@bay 09:TestTagFailure: No apparent reason for this one-time alarm. PTAGIS Field Operations will continue to monitor. 05/26/2010 11:22 Darren A site GMC was performed today 5-26-10. All transceivers were checked for tuning, noise and detectability. The PC1 clock was trailing atomic time and PC2 by 1:00 so I adjusted the time while observing the interrogation data page on PC2, there were no PITtag detections during the brief >10seconds that PC1 was out of data collection. No other problems were discovered during this visit. 05/13/2010 13:16 scottl Performed site GMC, all transceivers were re tuned and calibrated as necessary, no problems to report. 05/03/2010 12:38 scottl Performed site GMC, all transceivers were re tuned and calibrated as necessary. xcvr 03 was detuned when arrived, re tuned, no problems to report. 04/29/2010 11:40 darren@b 01:LowExcCurrent,02:LowExcCurrent,04:LowExcCurrent,08:LowExcCurrent,0B:Low ExcCurrent,0D:LowExcCurrent: These alarms were generated during the Sea Lion array removal. 04/02/2010 14:15 Alan A GMC was performed 4/2/2010. All transceivers were checked and tuned as necessary. All outstanding files on PC2 were archived. The temp folders on both PCs were emptied. The clocks on both PCs were set to within one second of atomic time. No problems found. 03/14/2010 14:26 Dave I manually modified the FILE CLOSED time from "03:00" to "04:00" to circumvent a processing error associated with the shift from PST to PDT. 03/09/2010 08:23 Scott_Li Per Jon Thomas.. The Bonneville North Tower will be powered down this coming Thursday (3/11) morning for a couple of hours while one of our electricians installs a new ATS controller. It's doubtful that the outage will last longer than two hours. So, your Cascade Island Ladder and B2CC PIT Tag antenna facilities will be down for that period of time. Thanks, 03/04/2010 07:19 darren@b 09:LowExcCurrent,09:TestTagFailure: The system was investigated and documented in the pitevent yesterday. PSMFC is monitoring this system. 03/03/2010 07:52 Alan A GMC was performed 3/3/2010. All transceivers were checked and tuned as necessary. All outstanding files on PC2 were archived. The temp folders on both PCs were emptied. The clocks on both PCs were set to within one second of atomic time. Antenna 09 appears to be having some issues. Antenna 09 was driven with transceivers 09 and 0A with the same results: noise rolling from 6% to 50%. Transceivers 09 and 0A show normal performance when driving antenna 0A. The noise follows antenna 09. PTAGIS Field Operations will continue to monitor. No other problems found. 03/03/2010 07:18 darren@b 09:LowExcCurrent,09:Overrun,09:TestTagFailure: Alarms will be addressed during a site GMC today. 01/20/2010 07:53 alan@bay 09:LowExcCurrent: This alarm was generated by PTAGIS Field Operations personnel during a site visit. 01/19/2010 12:35 Darren A site GMC was performed today (1-19-10). All transceivers were checked for tuning, noise, and detectability. No problems were discovered during this visit. 01/01/2010 00:00 PTOC_Bot Annual log file initiation for BO2 #### End of Event Log for BO2 ###
