    The BTC array site underwent manual tuning by the manufacturer on
    12/21/2010, since that time test tags have not been reading. We will be
    correcting this soon.

    Big Timber Creek is currently dry near the array site. Flows are
    expected to return shortly, so monitoring equipment is still active.
    High winds and snow have occurred all week near Leadore.

    Jody White (Quantitative Consultants) has replaced Jeff Lutch (IDFG) as
    the Data Steward.

    Site operations are normal. Antenna cables and propane connections were
    buried earlier this week. Stream flow has dropped since the installation
    of this site.

    BTC site operations are normal. Remote communication issues have been
    resolved with no interruption in interrogation activities. Flows in Big
    Timber Creek have dropped slightly due to recent colder weather.
