    Site operations are normal. No interruptions to interrogation activity to
    report for 2011.

    Due to increased noise and exciter voltage levels, BTC underwent manual
    tuning at 1300 (PST) on 2/28/2011. After tuning, noise levels were 0%
    and 5% for antennas #1 and  #2 respectively. However, BTC is continuing
    to have noise issues which we believe is mainly due to the ice
    conditions in the stream channel. We are closely monitoring the site at
    this time.
