EVENT LOG FOR SITE CAC Most recent activity to be listed first. First line of each entry lists date, time and who is reporting. Subsequent lines of each entry aligned under Time column. Do not use tabs, only spaces. Date Time Who What ---------- ----- -------- ----------------------------------------------- 12/22/2010 12:49 Mike The CAC array site is located where stream wetted width is 4 to 4.5 ft wide and is well channelized. Average stream discharge for Canyon Creek is around 1-4 cfs with water depth between 4 and 18 inches near the antennae. During December and January, the stream channel largely freezes over at the surface with water constantly flowing under the ice. Two 5-foot antennae are being used at CAC. The average read height was 24 inches for both antennae tested during installation and noise levels are averaging in the low single digits. Given the read height, noise levels, antennae coverage, and site characteristics we should have excellent PIT tag detection capabilities throughout a variety of environmental conditions. 12/22/2010 11:55 Mike The Canyon Creek array site was installed on 11/12/2010 and interrogation activity was initiated at 11:41:45 PST that day. Site operations are normal. 12/20/2010 19:14 Dave Initial entry for new site definition. Jody White (jody@qcinc.org) is the Interrogation Site Data Steward. ####End of Event Log for CAC###
