    Reid sends the following clarification:
    
    A MUX was installed at CCA on 8/23/2011. All data prior to 11/30/2011 was
    submitted a passive recapture data. Automatic uploads began on 12/2/2011.


12/19/2011 08:29 Reid

    CCA was connected to a modem on 12/2/2011. The data is now uploaded daily
    to PTagis. All the data prior to 12/2 has been uploaded.
