    The Cle Elum (interim) Spillway Bypass watered up at noon (PDT) on April
    3, 2007.  There is a timer tag on each of the two antennas (connected to
    FS1001 A/B transceivers).  I've created and instantiated a
    CLE_Timer_Tags.txt definition file.
