EVENT LOG FOR SITE CLE The first line of each entry contains a date/time stamp & who is reporting. The most recent entry is listed first. Date Time Who ---------- ----- -------- 06/25/2009 10:25 Dave I marked 2009 detection activities as 'complete' at CLE, and disabled site-checking. 06/25/2009 09:13 Brett CLE was shut down on 06/25/09 at 08:02 PST. The last file is CLE09176.C1 06/24/2009 08:13 Brett CLE will be shut down on Thursday 6/25/09. Exact time TBD. 06/19/2009 09:55 Brett Site visit on 6/16. Everything is looking good. They are planning on shutting the site down shortly, although they haven't given me a firm date yet. 06/04/2009 14:47 Brett Site visit on 6/3/09. I checked the tune on the readers and tested with a test tag. Everything looking good. 05/21/2009 14:20 Brett I created two patch files to fill the time gap caused by the data computer crashing. The two patch files are CLE09135.E1 and CLE09138.B1. There were 7 fish detected during the time the computer was down. David Lind of the Yakama fisheries created a recapture file DTL09135.CLR for the detected fish. Also, we replaced the computer that kept crashing. During the setup, I submitted two files with the wrong time on them: CLE09139.B1 and CLE09139.C1. No fish were detected on these files, so hoefully it doesn't hurt anything (?). So, if you look at all the files for CLE on May 19, they are out of sequence due to the wrong time on the two files. 05/20/2009 08:37 Brett The data computer at CLE crashed again on Friday 5/15. Shawn Rucker of BOR restarted it again on Monday 5/18, but it crashed again. So, there is an almost 4 day data gap. We replaced the computer with another one on Tuesday. I downloaded the transceiver buffers and found some tags that were detected while the computer was down. I'll submit those tags to PTAGIS to fill in the data gap. 05/14/2009 09:41 Dave A single, averaged detection date and time was assigned to the 12 unique tags reported in CLE09129.E1. The "05/11/09 00:00:00" timestamp is a rough mid-point of the interval between noon on May 9 and 8:21 AM on May 12 during which the MiniMon application was disabled. This data modification is thoroughly documented within the CLE09129.E1 data file. 05/13/2009 18:15 Brett The data computer crashed sometime after 12:01 on May 9. The computer was re-set on May 12 at 08:21. I downloaded the buffer of transceiver 02 and created a patch file to fill the data gap. The buffer of transceiver 01 was mistakenly turned off at some point and there were no un-sent tags in it. Also, while on site, I tweaked the readers a bit and tested them with a test tag. 05/04/2009 18:11 Brett The flume was repaired and CLE was watered up on Monday (5/4) at approximately 09:30 am PST. 04/30/2009 18:56 Brett When Cle Elum was watered up this morning (4/30), a water leak was discovered in the flume next to antenna 02. The BOR decided to shut off the water flow and fix the leak before the water causes damage to the flume and/or antenna. They are estimating that the site will water back up on Monday (5/4). 04/28/2009 12:00 Brett The CLE PIT tag system will be officially started on Thursday (4/30/09). The Bureau of Reclamation now has enough water in the lake to run water through the PIT tag system. I will be on site on Thursday to tune the transceivers and make sure everything is running properly. 01/01/2009 00:00 PTOC_Bot Annual log file initiation for CLE #### End of Event Log for CLE ###
