        The first line of each entry contains a date/time stamp & who is reporting.
        The most recent entry is listed first.

    PTAGIS has received no data files from the Chinook River sites since
    November, 2006.  The status of these sites is unknown.  Today I moved the
    definitions for CR1, CR2, and CR3 into the "archaic" section of etc/sites,
    and removed their respective "Current" (2007) records from the
    obs_site_dates table.
