        First line of each entry lists date, time and who is reporting.
        Subsequent lines of each entry aligned under Time column.
        Do not use tabs, only spaces.

    All Chinook River 2 (CR2) interrogation data received to date have been
    uploaded to the PTAGIS database.  To expedite matters, I extracted and
    compiled all of the 2003 data (through mid-morning on June 19) into the
    single file 'CR203170.ALL'.  The original raw files have been uploaded
    (in a ZIP archive) to the ~CR2/2003 directory on the PTAGIS file server.
