The facility will be back in service sometime around the middle of March of 2010. 12/10/2009 07:15 darren@b 31:TestTagFailure,C2:InputSyncDetect,C2:ReaderReset: No direct cause for the failure on antenna 31. The alarms on C2 are caused by a random reader reset. 12/09/2009 08:28 Darren I was informed today by Mike Halter site Biologist that there has not been any water over the separator since 12-5-09 at about 12:00. This is due ti the extreme cold weather. The site is scheduled to be shut down for the season on 12-16-09. Mike stated he would inform PSMFC if they are able to put water over the separator before the shut down date. 12/08/2009 07:54 darren@b A2:InputSyncDetect,A2:ReaderReset: This alarm was generated by a random reader reset. 12/05/2009 12:01 DGE_Robo PrimaryBypass (PrimaryBypass) changed from 'OPEN' to 'CLOSED' at 2009/12/05 11:33:44 12/05/2009 12:01 DGE_Robo PrimaryBypass (PrimaryBypass) changed from 'CLOSED' to 'OPEN' at 2009/12/05 11:22:40 11/24/2009 07:02 scottl@b D1:InputSyncDetect,D1:ReaderReset,SLC500:CommsFailure: Noted 11/23/2009 11:59 Alan A GMC was performed 11-23-2009. At 0842 PST 10-26-2009, data collection was exited and restarted on both PCs to re-establish proper file creation intervals. Files GRJ09299.102 & 103 were the last files created prior to this procedure and were submitted manually. Outstanding files on PC2 were archived. 10/20/2009 16:40 Alan_Bro FYI - Construction has begun on tanks to examine kelts. The kelts will be moved by hand from the separator into a flume which will lead to two large tanks back by the SbyC tanks. I did not see or hear of provisions for PIT tag detections on this path. 10/20/2009 12:09 Alan A GMC was performed 10-20-2009. All transceivers were checked and tuned as necessary. The sample gate diversion functionality was tested and found in good working order. The Sample gate PSI was at 80. All outstanding files on PC2 were archived. Both PCs (~00:2:45 behind atomic time) were set to within one second of atomic time. No problems to report. 10/16/2009 08:10 alan@bay SLC500:CommsFailure: The SLC coms failure is known issue. Tag 3D9.1C2D1DF6AF, designated as divert all, went to the sample tank. 10/14/2009 13:40 alan@bay 82:InputSyncDetect,82:ReaderReset: These alarms are the result of a random reader reset. PSMFC and Destron Fearing are aware of the problem. 10/12/2009 14:36 scottl Upon arrival, PC1 was non-responsive and dead. Replaced PC and reconfigured entire platform. Tested PLC gate triggers etc. Uploaded PC2 files 09285.202 through 09285.205. System has been repaired and returned to normal. No other problems to report. Adjusted system clocks to within 11 seconds of each other. 10/12/2009 07:43 PTOC_Bot The truncated data file 'GRJ09284.102' was programmatically CLOSED, as requested by Alan Brower (alan_brower@psmfc.org). 10/12/2009 07:43 PTOC_Bot The truncated data file 'GRJ09283.107' was programmatically CLOSED, as requested by Alan Brower (alan_brower@psmfc.org). 10/11/2009 10:00 Darren I noticed this morning when I PCA'd into the site to send the delinquent files that Multimon was minimized. I sent the three files and maximized Multimon. There was no sign of a power outage but there was a truncated file last night. All appears to fine at the site, data is being collected to the correct file. We will continue to monitor for future alarms. 10/07/2009 09:01 Alan PC1 bounced at ~1115 PST 10-6-2009. We are investigating the cause. It could be the UPS, but an issue with the PC seems more likely. Site personnel report that a researcher tripped the breaker for the utility outlet under the SbyC transceivers causing a ~1/2 hour outage for that circuit. That occurred in the same time frame as the PC1 outage but logically, this seems unrelated. The assistant bio and an operator reset the breaker in the PIT tag room. Examination of PC2 (which remained operational while PC1 was down) shows that no activity occurred while PC1 was down. Site personnel report that facility power was not interrupted 10-6-2009. Therefore, the file gap is inconsequential. Both PCs are currently functioning properly. PTAGIS Field Operations will continue to investigate. 10/07/2009 07:52 PTOC_Bot The truncated data file 'GRJ09279.104' was programmatically CLOSED, as requested by Alan Brower (alan_brower@psmfc.org). 09/25/2009 23:24 alan@bay D1:InputSyncDetect,D1:InputSyncLost,D2:ReaderReset: These alarms are the result of a random reader reset. PSMFC and Destron Fearing are aware of the problem. 09/22/2009 17:18 Dave The GRJ09265.105 file abruptly terminated as it was initializing at 12:00:01 PM. It appears the computer rebooted, as the subsequent GRJ09265.106 file opened at 12:03:50PM. 09/22/2009 17:16 PTOC_Bot The truncated data file 'GRJ09265.105' was programmatically CLOSED, as requested by Dave Marvin (Dave_Marvin@psmfc.org). 09/16/2009 12:40 troy@bay 81:ReaderReset,82:InputSyncDetect,82:InputSyncLost: Possible Random Reader Reset. PSMFC will monitor. 09/14/2009 12:05 Darren A site GMC was performed today 9-14-09. All transceivers were checked and adjusted for tuning and noise. The sample gate diversion functionality was tested with 10 test sticks with no problems to be found. The Sample gate PSI was at 80. The PC clocks are within 12 seconds of each other and atomic time. The files on PC2 were archived. No problems were discovered during this visit. 09/08/2009 11:20 Troy At the site 09/08/2009 to find out why the sample gate was having trouble diverting fish. It was found that there was an issue with PC1. I could toggle the gate with the A or B gate test button and by pressing F2-1 or F2-2 on PC1's keyboard but I would have to press the same button again in order for MM to reset the bit (should only be on for 10mSec). I put some counters into the PLC program and threw some sticks, and the gate didn't move. MM however showed divert_255 for each stick, my counters didn't increment. I shut down PC1 and tried the same from PC2, I was able to toggle the gate properly from the keyboard, and sticks moved the sample gate properly and incremented the proper counter. I created 3 gap files because PC1 didn't come back up properly. When I pushed the start button I didn't receive any display but PC2 thought it detected PC1. I had to unplug PC1 and plug it back in for it to boot properly. GRJ09251.205, GRJ09251.206 and GRJ09251.207 are the gap files. When PC1 came back up I performed the same tests and all is now working on PC1. PSMFC will continue to monitor this situation. No other problems to report. 09/07/2009 13:02 DGE_Robo PrimaryBypass (PrimaryBypass) changed from 'OPEN' to 'CLOSED' at 2009/09/07 11:55:49 09/07/2009 13:02 DGE_Robo PrimaryBypass (PrimaryBypass) changed from 'CLOSED' to 'OPEN' at 2009/09/07 11:45:05 09/07/2009 13:02 DGE_Robo PrimaryBypass (PrimaryBypass) changed from 'OPEN' to 'CLOSED' at 2009/09/07 11:43:50 09/07/2009 13:02 DGE_Robo PrimaryBypass (PrimaryBypass) changed from 'CLOSED' to 'OPEN' at 2009/09/07 11:26:15 09/06/2009 09:01 Darren This site will be investigated on Tuesday for Sample gate functions. It was found that the yoke had become un-threaded from the cylinder. The facility had to switch to the west raceways in order for COE mechanics to work on the repair. COE mechanics completed the repair and operations were switched back to the east raceways at which point I tested the gate using the test button. Once the water level reach normal operating level the gate and gate times that were previously in place controlled the gate and anti slam very well. 06/05/2009 01:03 DGE_Robo E_GateTrouble (E_Trouble) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/06/04 23:45:26 06/05/2009 01:03 DGE_Robo MarkingMode (MarkingMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/06/04 23:45:23 06/05/2009 01:02 DGE_Robo E_GateTrouble (E_Trouble) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/06/04 23:01:25 06/05/2009 01:02 DGE_Robo E_GateTrouble (E_Trouble) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/06/04 22:58:51 06/05/2009 01:02 DGE_Robo E_GateTrouble (E_Trouble) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/06/04 21:33:08 06/05/2009 01:02 DGE_Robo E_GateTrouble (E_Trouble) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/06/04 21:32:10 06/05/2009 01:02 DGE_Robo E_GateTrouble (E_Trouble) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/06/04 21:24:25 06/05/2009 01:02 DGE_Robo E_GateTrouble (E_Trouble) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/06/04 21:23:54 06/04/2009 22:02 DGE_Robo E_GateTrouble (E_Trouble) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/06/04 20:23:59 06/04/2009 22:02 DGE_Robo E_GateTrouble (E_Trouble) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/06/04 20:22:05 06/04/2009 22:02 DGE_Robo E_GateTrouble (E_Trouble) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/06/04 20:07:47 06/04/2009 22:02 DGE_Robo E_GateTrouble (E_Trouble) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/06/04 19:48:39 06/04/2009 22:02 DGE_Robo E_GateTrouble (E_Trouble) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/06/04 19:46:55 06/04/2009 22:01 DGE_Robo MarkingMode (MarkingMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/06/04 18:00:08 06/04/2009 13:02 DGE_Robo MarkingMode (MarkingMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/06/04 10:24:31 06/04/2009 13:02 DGE_Robo MarkingMode (MarkingMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/06/04 10:18:04 06/04/2009 11:43 Troy A site GMC was performed 06/04/09. This has been confirmed by the powerhouse operator. They are not sure when the situation will be corrected. Will post more info when available. 05/22/2009 15:32 Dave LGR switched to primary bypass sometime around 8AM (PDT) today, due to excessive small debris (pine cones and grass) that plugged the porosity plates on the separator. All fish that had been collected in the raceways to that point were loaded directly to the barge. According to Doug Marsh, there may have been "a couple of minutes" between 8AM and 10AM where fish were routed from the separator to the raceways. All other fish on the separator (except those that escaped through the adult return) were evacuated to the river via the bypass pipe; all PIT-tagged fish should be accounted for. The site may remain in primary bypass mode for two or three days. I updated the database and map files to GRJ09142.DB and GRJ09143.MAP, respectively. This configuration includes instructions for the new "Fall Chinook Surrogate Marking Group - Transport" (FCSMGX - AC-70) cohort. The tags in AC-70 will be ignored at the separator gates and transported along with the non-tagged fish. My original database contained over 1.007M records, with was apparently about 3k more records than MultiMon could handle with 1Mb of memory allocated to the database. Fortunately, MultiMon "thunked" for only about 10 minutes before truncating the database at about 1.004M records. I revised the original database to remove all 290,387 tag codes for AC-72 (FC08-1). These tags are no longer candidates for collection at LGR. The GRJ database now has less than 720k records in it. The PC clocks were reset to within one second of each other and atomic time. All MultiMon gate controls were re-enabled, so normal diversion operations will resume when the site returns to secondary bypass and collection. 05/22/2009 13:02 DGE_Robo PrimaryBypass (PrimaryBypass) changed from 'OPEN' to 'CLOSED' at 2009/05/22 10:36:10 05/22/2009 13:02 DGE_Robo PrimaryBypass (PrimaryBypass) changed from 'CLOSED' to 'OPEN' at 2009/05/22 10:10:32 05/22/2009 13:02 DGE_Robo SampleGateBypass (SBypass) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/05/22 10:03:22 05/22/2009 11:44 Dave I received a panic call from Ken McIntyre at Lower Granite. Lots of small debris had plugged the incline screen on the separator, causing flooding. The facility is switching to primary bypass and may remain in that mode for a few days until the debris load decreases. Before switching to primary bypass, the Corps (with NMFS help) needed to dewater the separator and evacuate any fish to the river. Ken requested that I disable the SxC gates in order to prevent any fish from being diverted into any pipe or flume other than the primary river bypass. I modified the MultiMon map file monitor (SP0) detections at the A- and B-Separator Gates and at the Diversion SbyC Gate. These changes were recorded in map file GRJ09142.MAP on both PCs, and were implemented at approximately 10AM PST. 05/22/2009 11:27 DGE_Robo SampleGateBypass (SBypass) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/05/22 10:01:43 05/22/2009 11:24 DGE_Robo BypassMarking (BypassMarking) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/05/22 09:32:13 05/22/2009 11:24 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/05/22 09:32:13 05/22/2009 11:24 DGE_Robo BypassMarking (BypassMarking) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/05/22 09:32:12 05/22/2009 11:24 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/05/22 09:32:12 05/22/2009 11:24 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/05/22 09:30:47 05/22/2009 11:24 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/05/22 09:28:34 05/22/2009 11:24 DGE_Robo BypassMarking (BypassMarking) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/05/22 09:28:33 05/22/2009 11:24 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/05/22 09:28:33 05/22/2009 11:24 DGE_Robo BypassMarking (BypassMarking) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/05/22 09:28:30 05/22/2009 11:24 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/05/22 09:28:30 05/22/2009 11:24 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/05/22 09:28:30 05/22/2009 11:24 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/05/22 09:28:29 05/22/2009 11:24 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/05/22 09:28:29 05/22/2009 11:24 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/05/22 09:28:28 05/22/2009 11:24 DGE_Robo SampleGateBypass (SBypass) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/05/22 09:28:12 05/22/2009 10:03 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/05/22 06:56:36 05/22/2009 10:03 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/05/22 06:56:35 05/22/2009 10:03 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/05/22 06:56:35 05/22/2009 07:05 DGE_Robo PrimaryBypass (PrimaryBypass) changed from 'OPEN' to 'CLOSED' at 2009/05/22 05:59:08 05/22/2009 07:05 DGE_Robo PrimaryBypass (PrimaryBypass) changed from 'CLOSED' to 'OPEN' at 2009/05/22 05:42:43 05/22/2009 04:04 DGE_Robo A_GateTrouble (A_Trouble) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/05/22 01:00:15 05/22/2009 04:04 DGE_Robo PrimaryBypass (PrimaryBypass) changed from 'OPEN' to 'CLOSED' at 2009/05/22 00:56:16 05/22/2009 04:04 DGE_Robo A_GateTrouble (A_Trouble) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/05/22 00:55:32 05/22/2009 04:03 DGE_Robo PrimaryBypass (PrimaryBypass) changed from 'CLOSED' to 'OPEN' at 2009/05/22 00:36:24 05/22/2009 01:03 DGE_Robo MarkingMode (MarkingMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/05/21 21:00:01 05/21/2009 22:05 DGE_Robo MarkingMode (MarkingMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/05/21 20:27:32 05/21/2009 19:05 DGE_Robo MarkingMode (MarkingMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/05/21 17:59:47 05/21/2009 16:05 DGE_Robo PrimaryBypass (PrimaryBypass) changed from 'OPEN' to 'CLOSED' at 2009/05/21 13:27:10 05/21/2009 16:04 DGE_Robo PrimaryBypass (PrimaryBypass) changed from 'CLOSED' to 'OPEN' at 2009/05/21 13:12:29 05/21/2009 09:24 Dave Updated map file to GRJ09141.MAP. All bycatch will go to the default net pen closest to the road. This configuration also treats all Bill Arnsberg (AC-75) and Billy Connor (AC-76) wild fall Chinook as run at large, allowing them to be transported. All three sensors for B gate were removed and the oil residue was removed from them. The underside of B gate was cleaned up in order to remove the oil from there as well. The excessive oil problem seems to be under control and the oil that was cleaned up was most likely from an air leak that occured during start up. The gate times were tweeked for A and B gates. 10 sticks were thrown on both gates and all were diverted properly. The 2 way once again missed several sticks which unfortunately were lost to the river. Several adjustments were attempted: *Air pressure increased by 10 PSI *Delay Op reduced to 0 *Time Open increased from 120 to 130. Sticks were still being missed. I had the separator operator throw 5 for me while I watched and of course all diverted properly and the timing looked good???? I spoke with Ken McIntyre about it and he made some adjustments but they were down stream of the gate. I threw 10 more sticks and they all diverted properly. PSMFC will monitor for future performance problems. All transceivers were checked for tune and adjustments made where needed. The slide gates were tested and set up. B gate was found to have an excessive amount of oil in it which was keeping it from opening all the way with the lower operating pressures that are used at this site. The oiler was turned down and this was reported to the separator on duty. The gate was fired several times to try and clear the oil, it was then timed and tuned. During the set up it appeared that the sensors were not working. This was investigated and it was found that the alignment was ok, I wiped off the face of the sensors which solved the problem. As 'pittag' on 'blueback', I ran /home/pittag/bin/DGE/DGE_Cache_Refresh.pl to refresh DGE's list of timer tags. Note that this would have happened automatically later today (via 'pittag' cron), but manual intervention avoided any confusion in the meanwhile. -Doug- 03/25/2009 12:49 Dave Alan and Troy replaced the timer tag on A2. I modified the ignor.tag file on both machines and sequentially bounced MultiMon (to DOS) in order to refresh the timer tag list in MultiMon's memory. I took that opportunity to rename the hardware file from grj-0309 to grj-6000 on both machines, just to clarify that this is the default hardware configuration at this site. I also instantiated the first SxC configuration for the year, with GRJ09083.MAP and GRJ09084.DB. All of the Action Codes EXCEPT AC-72 are requests to ignore default diversion to the river. AC-72 is a request by Doug Marsh for diversion to the SxC tank five days per week. All configuration files are synchronized between the FTP server and client computers. I've refreshed the GRJ Timer Tag listing in the ptagis3 database. 03/25/2009 12:20 DGE_Robo B_GateTrouble (B_Trouble) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/03/25 10:49:02 03/25/2009 12:20 DGE_Robo B_GateTrouble (B_Trouble) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/03/25 10:44:54 03/25/2009 07:02 DGE_Robo PrimaryBypass (PrimaryBypass) changed from 'OPEN' to 'CLOSED' at 2009/03/25 05:59:50 03/25/2009 07:02 DGE_Robo Sample_100% (A_S100) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/03/25 05:59:20 03/25/2009 07:02 DGE_Robo Sample_100% (A_S100) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/03/25 05:58:13 03/25/2009 07:02 DGE_Robo SampleGateBypass (SBypass) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/03/25 05:57:55 03/24/2009 16:20 troy@bay A2:TestTagFailure: It appears the TT has either failed or has fallen off the antenna. I also copied the GRJ0309.HWx files to replace the GRJ-GEN.HWx files, and then edited the new GRJ-GEN.HW1 and GRJ-GEN.HW2 files to reset the counter files at midnight (00:00). Identical copies of all six of these files reside on the PTAGIS file server and the respective GRJ clients. 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo SampleGateBypass (SBypass) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/03/20 10:09:42 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo Sample_100% (A_S100) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/03/20 10:09:41 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo Sample_100% (A_S100) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/03/20 10:09:39 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo SampleGateBypass (SBypass) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/03/20 10:09:38 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo DivertDuringSample (A_DDSample) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/03/20 10:09:37 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo DivertDuringSample (A_DDSample) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/03/20 10:09:36 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo BypassMarking (BypassMarking) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/03/20 10:09:34 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/03/20 10:09:34 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo BypassMarking (BypassMarking) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/03/20 10:09:33 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/03/20 10:09:33 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/03/20 10:09:31 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo MarkingMode (MarkingMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/03/20 10:09:30 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo MarkingMode (MarkingMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/03/20 10:09:28 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/03/20 10:09:27 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo BypassMarking (BypassMarking) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/03/20 10:09:25 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/03/20 10:09:25 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo BypassMarking (BypassMarking) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/03/20 10:09:24 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/03/20 10:09:24 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/03/20 09:40:33 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo MarkingMode (MarkingMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/03/20 09:40:26 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo MarkingMode (MarkingMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/03/20 09:39:49 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/03/20 09:39:08 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/03/20 09:38:27 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/03/20 09:32:11 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/03/20 09:32:08 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo MarkingMode (MarkingMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/03/20 09:32:04 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo MarkingMode (MarkingMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/03/20 09:31:59 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo MarkingMode (MarkingMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/03/20 09:31:58 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/03/20 09:30:23 03/20/2009 14:02 DGE_Robo MarkingMode (MarkingMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/03/20 09:30:23 03/20/2009 11:32 Troy At the site 03/20/2009 to replace the 3 position mode switch with a 4 position mode switch. Bypass Mode, General Collection Mode and Marking Mode will remain. The new and 4th position will be called BypassMarking. This mode will allow the East Raceway Diversion gate to act like it does when the mode switch is set to Marking. The lower flip gate however will send fish diverted by the East Raceway Diversion gate to the river instead of Raceway 10. The hardware file GRJ-0600.HW1 and .HW2 were saved and a new hardware file GRJ-0309.HW1 and .HW2 were created and then upuploaded to PTAGIS via Total Commander FTP session. The air was turned on to the East Raceway Diversion gate and the associated flip gate. The 4 position switch was ran through it's paces and the gates acted appropriatley. Multimon recorded the state changes appropriately. A strange occurance to report. PC2 didn't give up it's diversion role until both PC's were rebooted....? A proper lable was not yet available at the time of installation. The new position, BypassMarking is the furthest to the left, then Bypass Mode, then General Collection Mode with Marking Mode still being the furthest position to the right. 03/17/2009 13:50 scottl The networking connectivity issues with the two sites have been resolved. The problem was that the COE security people upgraded the router firmware and when the system rebooted, the two V-Lans that are associated with our PIT tag rooms was not re-instated. PTAGIS worked with Chris Sampire out of the Portland district network operations center to resolve this issue. All delinquent data files have been submitted to PTAGIS. 03/17/2009 11:03 Don_Warf Verified data collection at GRA with NMFS personnel. Networking is still down. Scott is on his way to the site. 03/17/2009 08:33 Don_Warf We've lost connectivity to GRA and GRJ. I'm currently trying to reach contacts at the site and district. 03/13/2009 12:55 Alan The annual platform reset has been performed. USB drivers have been installed on all PCs. Both PC's clocks are within one second of atomic time. No problems to report. 01/24/2009 09:10 darren@b 91:ReaderReset,92:InputSyncDetect,92:InputSyncLost: Site down. Site down clearing TASS. 01/16/2009 17:56 Dave The original GRJ09016.104 file was truncated by a power outage before it finished writing its SxC configuration data, and so had no OPEN or CLOSE tag. I manufactured and inserted the following tag: Opened C:\MULTIMON\PC1DATA\GRJ09016.104 at 09/01/16 09:00:01 and then attempted to submit the file, but IDL would not process the incomplete file. I then manufactured and inserted the following tag: Closed C:\MULTIMON\PC1DATA\GRJ09016.104 at 09/01/16 09:00:01 and reprocessed the file successfully. The site is currently dewatered, so this entire exercise is simply to document that the file, such as it is, was received and disposed of properly. 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo SByC_Enable (SBC) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/01/16 12:57:33 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo SampleGateBypass (SBypass) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/01/16 12:57:33 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/01/16 12:57:33 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo AC_Power (AC_Power) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/01/16 12:57:32 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo SByC_Enable (SBC) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/01/16 12:57:32 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo SampleGateBypass (SBypass) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/01/16 12:57:32 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/01/16 12:57:32 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo AC_Power (AC_Power) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/01/16 12:57:32 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo SByC_Enable (SBC) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/01/16 12:17:57 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo SampleGateBypass (SBypass) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/01/16 12:17:57 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/01/16 12:17:57 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo AC_Power (AC_Power) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/01/16 12:17:57 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo SByC_Enable (SBC) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/01/16 07:48:36 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo SampleGateBypass (SBypass) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/01/16 07:48:36 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/01/16 07:48:36 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo AC_Power (AC_Power) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/01/16 07:48:36 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo SByC_Enable (SBC) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/01/16 07:13:58 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo SampleGateBypass (SBypass) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/01/16 07:13:58 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/01/16 07:13:58 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo AC_Power (AC_Power) changed from 'OFF' to 'ON' at 2009/01/16 07:13:58 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo SByC_Enable (SBC) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/01/16 07:13:58 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo SampleGateBypass (SBypass) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/01/16 07:13:58 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo BypassMode (BypassMode) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/01/16 07:13:58 01/16/2009 15:02 DGE_Robo AC_Power (AC_Power) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/01/16 07:13:58 01/12/2009 09:02 DGE_Robo E_GateTrouble (E_Trouble) changed from 'ON' to 'OFF' at 2009/01/12 08:37:31 01/07/2009 15:59 Alan During a site visit 1/7/2008, the following activities occurred.
