    Initial entry for new HLM site.  Brett Bowersox is the site's Data
    Steward; Ethan Crawford is the Technical Point of Contact.  The
    interrogation site consists of two pass over arrays, one upstream, one
    downstream.  Antenna configuration and position is as follows from
    upstream to downstream, left to right: A1-20’, A2-10’, A3-20’, A4-10’.
    Final read ranges are A1-19”, A2-23”, A3-18”, A4-20”.  Interrogation
    activity began 13:16 PST on 9/9/2009.
