EVENT LOG FOR SITE HLM The first line of each entry contains a date/time stamp & who is reporting. The most recent entry is listed first. Date Time Who ---------- ----- -------- 12/30/2010 13:48 Davids On 12/16/10 at 3:47:02 am, the last test tag fired before power was lost due to empty propane tanks that fuel the TEG. Fuel was refilled and the TEG was reignited on 12/20/10. Normal operations then resumed. The connections and hoses were checked for leaks with soapy water and no leaks were found. The reason for the fuel outage is still unknown. The tanks were originally filled on 11/22/10 and were not scheduled to be refilled until approximately 12/27/10. Tampering may have been the cause of the empty tanks. It would be very easy for someone to steal gas from the site, so a hidden trail cam is being placed to monitor activity. 12/15/2010 15:58 Davids Operations normal. 12/07/2010 14:30 Davids Operations normal. 11/29/2010 15:08 Davids Operations normal. 11/22/2010 14:44 Davids Operations normal. 11/09/2010 16:37 Davids Operations normal. 11/02/2010 15:06 Davids Rain this past week has caused the river to rise from about 27cfs, to peaks of 80cfs. The gas is scheduled to be checked/replaced every 5 weeks and 3 days. Apparently it ran out at 5 weeks and two days. We will start a new schedule for checking the gas every 4 weeks. 09/14/2010 12:43 Davids Operations normal. I (Nick Davids) can be added as the new technical point of contact.
