    Battery failure at the HRM shut down detection and apparently reset date
    and time to 1/1/1996, thus no operation from 12/14/2012 12:44 to
    12/17/2012 13:42. Batteries replaced and site appears functional since
    then.

    One of the battery banks failed at the HRM site which switched off the
    receiver. Receiver was off from 15:55 11/27/12 until 12:58 12/1/12.
    Battery bank was replaced on 12/1/12 and receiver has stayed powered up
    since then.
