    The renovation of these facilities have been completed. New computers
    have been installed and configured. Easton Acc. automated upload process
    has been activated and working along with the network time protocol
    (NTS). Jack Creek again will require manual file submission by YIN
    personel. An automated batch routine will facilitate the data file
    submission process for the users at JCJ.
