Found some silicone broke loose from a flange joint hanging into the water column. After some fiddling, pulled loose the material and removed from flume. In an attempt to discover the source of noise fluctuations on the full flow transceiver, an A.M. radio was used to monitor noise. There was significant buzzing and crackling detected from the overhead power lines. You can hear snapping from the power lines even without the radio. I also found that the UPS on transceiver 03 has intermittent pulsing detected with the radio. As a test, the UPS was disconnected and the transceiver was run off straight AC. The noise level was perhaps 2 to 3 lower in this configuration. I also noticed an ebb and flow of radio noise emanating from the transceiver. This may be due to the transceivers not being synchronized at this location. The UPS was put back into operation on transceiver 03. PC1 is 13 seconds behind atomic time. PC2 was 63 seconds behind atomic time and was adjusted to within 1 second of PC1. Files on PC2 were archived.
