    country code update on computer.  Submitted KCB100236.ALL with missing
    detections.

    8/24/10 at 11:47 - Phil updated the Minimon registry/country code to read
    and record 384 prefix tags correctly.

    7/2/10 at 00:00 to 7/6/10 at 13:27 - Minimon was not running due to a
    computer problem.  Detections were retrieved from the buffer
    file and submitted in KCB10187.ALL.

    5/31/2010 at 00:00 to 6/3/10 at 11:33 - Minimon was not running due to a
    computer problem.  Detections were retrieved from the buffer
    file and submitted in KCB10154.ALL.

    5/3/10 at 12:00 to 5/7/10 at 14:25 - Minimon was not running due to a
    computer problem.  Detections were retrieved from the buffer
    file and submitted in KCB10127.ALL.

    4/6/2010 - Buffer and Unique delay were turned back on.  They had been off
    since 3/9/10.

    3/9/10 at 12:10 - Antenna 2 replaced and collecting data.

    1/25/10 at 13:13 to 3/9/10 at 12:10 - Antenna 2 low current and not
    collecting data.
