    Communications issues occurred during February 2012 and the modem was
    replaced which seemed to resolve the issue.  The modem was sent in for
    repair but no problems were found with the modem.  The modem has since
    been
    used and appears to be fully functional.  Antennas 1 and 2 were completely
    buried in sand during 2011 and spring 2012.  2012 fall flows have eroded
    the
    sand off of antennas 2 and the majority of antenna 1.
