    The site is non operational and is still in the process of being
    relocated.  We expect to secure a new location near the beginning of 2012
    before the spring migration.

    All antennas for this array lost power during a high water event at the
    beginning of April.  Due to high scour, new site locations are being
    assessed for this array.

    On 2/16/2011 high water conditions began to disable all antennas except
    antenna 3.  All antennas were restored around 12:00 pm on 2/24/2011.

    The array went down on 12/16 between 8:48am and 9:24am due to loss of
    power.  The system remained off until 1/11 at 9:15am when power was
    fully restored.
