    The mux ran out of power on 11/30/10 and remained off till it developed
    enough solar charge to turn itself on briefly at 16:03 12/10/10. After
    this a test tag was fired and the mux shut off again just after 16:03.
    Due to the critically low battery voltages the bank of batteries was
    pulled on 12/20/10 and charged fully. The batteries were put back at the
    site and the mux was turned on again around 11am 12/23/10. We will
    retrieve the modem from the Methow within the next week to better
    monitor this site.
