    Ben sends the following entry for 2011:
    LWN was not operating from 12-24-11 at 16:13:30 to 12-29-11 at 15:43:19  
    due to a loss of power from the solar array.  Heavy snowfall had covered 
    the panels.  Panels were cleaned and site turned back on 12/29.
    
    LWN was not operating from  12-31-11 at 15:43:11 to 01-03-12 at 15:08:12 
    due to a loss of power from the solar array. A portable gasoline generator 
    was installed on site to fully charge batteries and to provide backup 
    power during winter months.

    The Little Wenatchee site array ran briefly on 3-25-11 at 15:57:02 then
    shut down.  The site was turned back on 4-7-11 at 08:17:00.

    The array tripped relay cutting power. The site ran and recorded tags
    between 3-14-11 at 13:43:07 to 3-20-11 at 16:43:57. Site was reset
    3-25-11 at approximately 13:00.

    Powering down due to solar inefficiency. Generator was brought in and
    left running to recharge batteries at the site.  The site began
    recording on March 11th, 2011 at 19:42.

    The reader was put in scan mode on Feb 8, 2011 at 7:40am it ran out of
    power again within the next 48 hours. The battery bank was charged on
    2-10-11 and was not turned back on to allow the solar panels to fully
    charge the battery bank. This is the current status of this site. The
    modem is currently running in order for remote monitoring of the power
    situation.

    The Little Wenatchee array ran out of power on 1-22-11 at 10:09:38 due
    to poor solar conditions.   Mux will be switched to scan mode remotely
    at 7:40 am on February 8, 2011.
