All transceivers were checked and tuned as necessary. Transceivers 08 and 0A have noise in the teens that cannot be tuned out - possibly related to issues with 09. Both were tuned using the timer tag and ended up with a slightly higher than normal phase (5 & 7), but read the stick at ~25% signal level. PTAGIS Field Operations will continue to monitor. The clocks on both PCs were set to within one second of atomic time, no other problems found. 12/18/2007 07:29 troy@ruf 09:TestTagFailure: Issue well documented, clearing TASS. 12/17/2007 07:46 troy@ruf 09:Overrun,09:TestTagFailure: Alarm has been noted and the problem appears to be below the water line at this time. PSMFC will be investigating this system during the de-watering period. 12/09/2007 07:57 darren@r 09:TestTagFailure: This alarm has been noted. 12/08/2007 09:00 darren@r 09:TestTagFailure: Alarm has been noted and the problem appears to be below the water line at this time. The ladder is scheduled to be de-watered January 2nd 2008. 12/02/2007 08:47 alan@ree 09:TestTagFailure: Noted 12/01/2007 09:02 alan@ree 09:TestTagFailure: Noted 11/30/2007 07:36 alan@ree 09:TestTagFailure: Noted 11/29/2007 07:42 alan@ree 09:TestTagFailure: Noted 11/28/2007 07:27 alan@ree 09:TestTagFailure: Noted 11/27/2007 07:31 alan@ree 09:TestTagFailure: Noted 11/26/2007 07:34 alan@ree 09:TestTagFailure: Noted 11/25/2007 11:02 alan@ree 09:TestTagFailure: Noted 11/24/2007 08:23 alan@ree 09:TestTagFailure: Noted 11/23/2007 08:54 alan@ree 09:TestTagFailure: Noted 11/22/2007 09:14 alan@ree 09:TestTagFailure: Clearing TASS. Issues with 09 were outlined in the pitevent of 11/20/2007. 11/22/2007 09:12 alan@ree 09:LowExcCurrent,0B:LowExcCurrent,0B:Overrun,0B:TestTagFailure: These alarms were addressed yesterday during a site visit. 11/22/2007 09:08 Alan A site visit was made 11/21/2007. PC1 was out of collection mode for about 6 minutes for some maintenance. No activity was observed on PC2 during PC1's downtime. The fiber to transceiver 09 was repaired. 11/20/2007 16:18 Alan A GMC was performed 11-20-2007. All transceivers were checked and tuned as necessary. A problem has developed with antenna 09. Transceiver 09 can drive antenna 0B. Transceiver 0B cannot drive antenna 09. The cables were restored and transceiver/antenna 09 are limping along at ~0.3A. We will investigate further when the ladder is de-watered. During the troubleshooting, transceiver 0B developed the SRAM error. It was replaced and will be repaired. During the work performed, fiber 1 to transceiver 09 was broken. Fiber 3 was put into service, fiber 1 will be repaired when time allows. In an effort to facilitate more efficient file uploading, the temp folders were cleared out on both PCs. The clocks were set to within one second of atomic time on both PCs. No other problems found. 11/20/2007 07:51 alan@ree 09:BadOscFreq,09:LowExcCurrent,09:TestTagFailure: This will be investigated today during a site visit. 11/19/2007 08:22 darren@r 09:TestTagFailure: It appears that the transceiver may have lost power. PSMFC will investigate and make any necessary repairs. 11/17/2007 11:59 scottl@r 09:TestTagFailure: Problem noted, will correct on the next visit. 11/16/2007 07:45 scottl@r 09:LowExcCurrent,09:TestTagFailure: Problem Noted, not of concern at this time. 10/30/2007 08:10 Alan File MC207302.H1 was found in the archive folder, moved to the data folder, and uploaded to PTAGIS via PCA. 10/24/2007 10:02 Troy A site GMC was performed 10/24/2007. PC1 and PC2 were 42 seconds behind atomic time. Both were adjusted to within 1 second of atomic time. No problems to report. 09/03/2007 07:40 Darren_C The Walla Walla district T1 communications were restored yesterday around 14:00 PDT. The files that were outstanding loaded on there own at the 15:00PST load time. 09/02/2007 10:03 Darren_C I was able to verify that the Walla Walla district communications are down. According to Lin Ming at Little Goose Dam he received and e-mail yesterday that stated because of a severe storm in Walla Walla there was some damage to a 4 ton Air Conditioning unit at the district office and that the communications would be down until Monday, probably Tuesday because of the Holiday. I will have to verify all platforms with the help of site personnel as best I can. I was able to verify GOJ data collection. 09/02/2007 09:14 Darren_C It appears that there is some problems with the Walla Walla District communications and has been since yesterday afternoon. I have been trying to reach Pete Peterson or Dave Dave Demaris to verify the problem. I will continue to try and get into the sites and verify when communications are restored. 08/30/2007 08:25 darren@r 01:LowExcCurrent: Alarm generated by PSMFC personnel during a site GMC. 08/29/2007 16:34 Alan A GMC was performed 8/29/2007.
