    12/14/08 at 23:59 to 12/29/08 at 13:03 - Site computer down during this
    time period. Test tags confirmed MUX on entire time.
    File MCD08364.ALL was submitted to account for file gaps.

    11/13/08 at 05:05 to 11/20/08 at 13:15 - Bennington Diversion Dam -
    Antenna
    1 came unplugged during high flows. No data collected.  Antennas
    4 & 5 were raised slightly and readjusted.

    11/20/08 at 15:30 -  Division ladder - Antenna 2 became Antenna 1. An
    additional antenna was installed as antenna 2.  The original antenna 1 was
    removed from the site.

    11/5/08 at 18:00 - Division ladder - FS1001A was removed and a FS1001M
    (MUX) was installed at the site.  An additional antenna was installed (A2)
    to
    determine direction of movement.  Because the firmware was not updated on
    the MUX, there were some confusing data reported to PTAGIS between
    11/5/08 at 18:00 and 11/20/08 at 15:30.  The antenna IDs for Bennington
    Diversion dam and Division Dam were the same during this period.  Six
    fish detections (see tag codes below) were incorrectly labeled as
    Diversion
    Dam Fish Ladder or Lo-Flow Spillway detections instead of Division Works
    Fish Ladder.

    Added new "A2" (downstream) antenna to the Division Works Fish Ladder,
    effective Nov. 1, 2008.

    8/20/08 - MCD (Bennington Dam) - Communication problems between MUX and
    computer.  Missing detections were
    submitted via MCD08233.ALL file.  Detections were from 7/30/08 at 15:00
    and
    08/20/08 at 09:05.

    8/11/08 at 17:00 - Antenna 1 was replaced and collecting data.

    8/11/08 at 17:00 to 19:00 - (MCD - Bennington) Site down for
    reinstallation
    of antenna 1.

    5/21/08 at 10:05 to 7/30/08 at 15:00 - (MCD - Bennington) Antenna 5 is up
    and running, a capacitor had blown.  No data were collected.

    7/30/08 - Bennington Dam site noise scale changed from 30 to 100%.

    7/29/08 at 14:00 - Division ladder site is now auto uploading
    interrogation
    files to PTAGIS.

    03/12/08 at 14:45 - (MCD - Division ladder) - Arrived to antenna floating
    on top of the water surface because it had become unstrapped.
    Was still reading test tags during this time. Could not determine from
    interrogation files when the antenna may have had decreased
    functionally.

    03/12/08 at 15:00 - (MCD - Bennington) - Antenna # 5 was in the water and
    had very high noise. Antenna was raised 8" out of the water.

    11/07/2007 at 09:30 - Antenna 01 (Flat plate) was installed and working.
    Antenna is located in the Low Flow outlet just below the headgate
    and above suspended antennas 04 and 05.

    04/24/2007 at 15:00 - Antenna 05 (suspended pass-under) was installed and
    working. Antenna is located in the Low Flow outlet below
    antenna 04.

    transceiver were off because site had been unplugged. No data were
