    Ben sends the following for 2011 operations at MCL:
    
    MCL installed and fully operational as of 10/4/2011.  Site does not 
    currently have a modem for remote access.  Modem will be installed 
    along with Campbell Scientific datalogger, water pressure/temperature 
    sensor, and air temperature sensor prior to Spring runoff in 2012.

    site. Todd Miller (todd.miller@dfw.wa.gov) is the data steward and
