    The MCX site was decommissioned on 2/10/03. It has been inactive since
    the end of the 2002 juvenile bypass season, on 12/13/02. The four MCX 
    coils in the full flow bypass system at McNary will be incorporated into
    the existing MCJ interrogation site definition.  The MCX definition in
    the etc/sites file will be archived immediately, preventing further
    processing of MCX data files or submissions to this MCX event log.

    01:TestTagFailure,02:TestTagFailure:   These alrms are being generated
    because there is nowater in the pipe. This is going to intergrated into
    MCJ. The Data Collection Platform will be decommissioned this week in
    preparation for the merging of these two site in the pittag room.
