    Rick Hartson sent the following event for all of calendar year 2010. The site
    was operation during 2010, but not registered in PTAGIS until 2012.

        December 23, 2010 at 15:15:  2 Biomark flat plate antennas at mouth of Mission 
        Creek are turned on and begin collecting data (antennas were installed several 
        weeks earlier, but we had no power to turn on the antennas).  Both antennas span 
        the width of the stream in low flows and miss about 1 to 2 m on either side in 
        high flows.  Read range is 15 inches for both antennas.  Both antennas are 10 m long.
