    21 December 2011 11:18:53 System downloaded and shut down to replace
    backup battery and address noise issues.  Restarted and collecting data at
    12:00:00.

    Site was constructed in 2008 but official data wasn't collected until 12
    February 2011 11:09:46.

    Video box install 14-15 March 2011.  Increased noise issues.

    New camera 12 May 2011.

    Pull camera and LED lights 18 May 2011.

    Video box removal 6 July 2011.

    All other video equipment removed 17-20 July 2011.

    Unplug thermostat from grid power 28 October 2011.

    Extreme noise levels have been occurring since 14 March 2011.  Noise
    issues continue to occur and have not yet been identified.  These high
    noise issues have caused reduced test tag detections and buffering and are
    represented by time gaps in the data.
