    Updated the site configuration dictionary with PRA version 110.  This
    version includes three new MUXed antennas (A1-A3) located in the
    Off-Ladder Adult Fish Trap (OLAFT) in the left (East) fish ladder.  The
    new antennas are located downstream of all four of the existing antennas.
