    A possible power outage occurred at PRA and the file PRA08009.A is
    missing. PRA08009.B started at 03:11 am, so there will be a data gap of
    a little over 3 hours.

    Here is an update on the ladder dewatering schedule. This is the correct
    schedule.

    Right ladder: 11/1/07 to 12/26/07
    Left ladder: 1/3/08 - 3/10/08
