    the bad lithium battery not saving the transceiver settings

    01:LowExcCurrent:         Low current alarm caused by the ladder being
    dewatered. I put this transceiver in standby until the ladder is watered
    back up.

    The left ladder was dewatered on Monday 11/22/10 at about 06:00 am PST. I
    put transceivers 01, 02, 03 and 04 in standby. The right ladder is still
    operational. No word yet as to when the left ladder will be watered up and
    the right one dewatered.

    I installed new lithium batteries to the transceivers and installed the
    country code patch to Minimon to allow it to recognize 384 prefix tags

    O&M visit. Configured the new firewall on PC's. Tuned antennas and deleted
    buffers

    The right ladder was watered up and is fully operational as of 3/31/10 at
    3:00 pm PST.

    Turned on and checked diagnostics of the OLAFT mux. Tuned reader 02 and
    changed the lithium battery of transceiver 08.

    The left fishway was watered up on 2/17/10.

    The right fishway was de-watered on 2/17/10. It is scheduled to be watered
    up on 4/7/10. However, it may be watered up earlier if the their winter
    maintenance is completed in time. I will post a log event when the ladder
    is watered up.

    O&M visit to PRA on 1/6/10. Data PC 1 had stopped sending data on 1/1/10.
    I reset PC1 and submitted the missing files from PC2 to PTAGIS. The
    computers are now working properly. Also, I tuned transceiver 06 which was
    out of tune and had excessive noise.
