EVENT LOG FOR SITE PRA The first line of each entry contains a date/time stamp & who is reporting. The most recent entry is listed first. Date Time Who ---------- ----- -------- 11/30/2011 08:30 Brett The left ladder was de-watered on 11/21/11 at approximately 11:45 am PST. Grant PUD personnel pushed any remaining fish out of the ladder on 11/22. This ladder is scheduled to remain de-watered until 2/15/12. The right ladder is scheduled to be de-watered on 2/15/12 until 3/22/12. 10/13/2011 14:20 Brett More details on the data computer power outage on 10/10/11. The computers lost power at about 05:04 am PST and were re-booted on 10/11/11 at 08:01 am PST. I retrieved the partial file PRA11283.B1 from the Minimon data folder and upload it to PTAGIS. I found 23 separate tag codes in the transceiver buffers that were detected during the time the computers were down. I created a P3 recapture file named CSM11283.PRA for the tags and uploaded it to PTAGIS. The tags could not be put into an interrogation file because there was no time stamp for the detections. 10/12/2011 12:23 Brett Power loss of both data computers on 10/10/11 resulted in a 29 hour plus data gap. I restarted the computers and downloaded the transceiver buffers. I will glean any missing tag codes from the buffers and fill in the data gap. 10/05/2011 14:23 Brett Replaced the power supply on the backup data PC. Performed windows and anti-virus updates. Checked diagnostics on transceivers. 09/01/2011 11:24 Brett O&M visit on 8/31. I checked transceiver diagnostics and performed computer updates. 08/15/2011 09:13 bturley@ 08:HighTemp: High temp alarm acknowledged 05/27/2011 08:24 Brett On 5/26, I tuned and tested the transceivers on the fish ladders. I met with Chris Carlson of GCPUD to help troubleshoot his juvenile PIT tag system at Wanapum. 02/24/2011 14:08 Brett O&M visit on 2/21. I checked and tuned each transceiver and performed a firewall and antivirus update on the PC's. No problems at all to report. 02/18/2011 12:33 Brett The internet connection for the data computers was fixed and the computers were put behind a new firewall. I manually uploaded the data files from the past 10 days and now the data is up to date. 02/17/2011 08:50 bturley@ 08:LowExcCurrent: Low Exciter Current alarm occurred while I was tuning transceiver after the ladder was watered up. 02/08/2011 15:27 Brett There is a network connectivity issue at PRA that began on Thursday 2/4, that is preventing the data from being uploaded to PTAGIS. I manually uploaded the data from 2/4 thru 2/7 manually. Grant PUD has notified their network people to get the issue resolved. 02/02/2011 14:37 bturley@ 08:LowTemp: Low temp alarm acknowledged 02/02/2011 08:02 Brett The right ladder was dewatered on 1/5 for maintenance. It was watered back up on 1/26. The left ladder was watered up on 1/4. However, PIT tag interrogation didn't begin until 1/24 because transceivers 01, 02, 03 and 04 were in standby. 01/31/2011 08:41 bturley@ 02:LowExcCurrent,02:Overrun: Low exciter current and overrun alarms occurred while tuning transceiver during O&M visit. 01/31/2011 07:56 bturley@ 08:LowTemp: Low Temp alarm acknowledged 01/26/2011 11:56 Brett I replaced transceiver 08 with a spare transceiver. Also, I put transceivers 05, 06, 07 and 08 in standby and activated transceivers 01, 02, 03 and 04. The right ladder was dewatered and the left ladder has been watered up. No word yet as to exactly when these activities took place. I have a call into Grant County PUD as to when the ladders were watered up and dewatered, but haven't heard back yet. Also, I update the firewall and antivirus on the data computers. 01/22/2011 18:31 Brett Transceiver 08 is sending garbled data and rebooting continuously. I logged into PRA remotely and put 08 in standby and disabled it from Minimon to prevent any more garbled data from corrupting the Minimon data files. I will swap out 08 on Monday with a spare transceiver. 01/01/2011 00:00 PTOC_Bot Annual log file initiation for PRA #### End of Event Log for PRA ###
