    O&M visit on 7/16. Tuned and tested all transceivers. Did computer updates
    and re-booted computers.

    O&M visit on 4/23/13. Checked the tune of all ladder transceivers except
    OLAFT. Installed the FS2001 system at the bypass trailer. Updated
    computers.
    OLAFT power is down due to construction at the dam. It will be back in
    operation by mid June.

    The right ladder transceivers (05, 06,07, 08)were activated on Monday,
    4/15/13 at 06:30 PST.

    Power has been shut off to the data computers as of Monday afternoon 4/11
    due to construction at the site. The power probably will not be restored
    until Thursday 4/14 or Friday 4/15.

    The right ladder is still down due to construction on the ladder.

    The left ladder is watered up and interrogating. I will check transceiver
    buffers to find any detected tags on my site visit when power is restored.

    I created file PRA13071.ALL to fill in the data gap caused when power was
    lost on the data computers from 3/12/13 at 09:00 PST to 3/14/13 at 09:26
    PST. I downloaded the buffers from the transceivers and found no
    detections
    during the time the computers were down.

    There was a power outage to the data computers on 3/12 at approximately
    09:30 PST. The computers were powered back up on 3/14 at 09:26 PST. I
    downloaded the transceiver buffers of 01, 02, 03 and 04. There were no
    detections during the time the data computers were down. Transceivers 05,
    06, 07 and 08 are still dewatered.

    The cause of the power outage was probably the construction taking place
    on
    the fish ladder adjacent to the data computer room.

    Site visit on 2/19/13. Updated computer software and renewed firewall and
    anti-virus license. OLAFT power is shut down during some construction in
    and
    around the fish trap. Also fixed malfunctioning test tag on transceiver
    04.

    The left ladder was watered back up on 12/27/12. The right ladder was
    dewatered on the same day. No word yet as to when the right ladder will be
    watered up.
