    Ben sends the following information:
    
    PRH ran continuously until 12/4/12, when the site shut down due to low 
    power, insufficient solar input.  The batteries were charged and the 
    site was turned back on, however the solar array failed to maintain 
    sufficient charge in the battery bank.  The site will remain off until 
    solar input increases to the point where the site can run without 
    power failure. 
    
    PRH was installed (WDFW staff) and powered up on 5/16/12
