EVENT LOG FOR SITE PRO The first line of each entry contains a date/time stamp & who is reporting. The most recent entry is listed first. Date Time Who ---------- ----- -------- 12/17/2007 11:53 scottl Performed GMC, retuned and calibrated transceivers as necessary, no major problems to report. 12/10/2007 14:58 Darren PSMFC was on site today 12-10-07 to try and determine what the cause of the communication problems with detection system 06 were. PSMFC noticed on Friday that there was a drop in the "single shot with test tag" meesage in two files. Upon further investigation it was discovered that there were periods where detection system 06 was not heard from and that it was also transmitting garbles information occassionally. The transciever was replaced and we will monitor for future problems of this nature. 12/05/2007 15:38 Darren A site GMC was performed today (12-5-07). All transceivers were checked for tuning, noise, and detection ability. The transceiver on antenna 04 was replaced due to some intermitten communication problems that were noticed this morning. The transceiver was producing garbled information and would occassionally disappear from the data stream. PSMFC will contiue to monitor for future communication problems with this detection system. The river is very high and is full of debris PSMFC will contact Mark Johnstone and try to determine if the river is in jepordy of flooding and if the electronics will be pulled from any of the ladders. Mark Johnstone also informed PSMFC that the Juvenile facilty could be watered up around the 19th of December, we will verify the exact time as it nears. 12/02/2007 08:40 Alan Manually pushed PRO07336.B1 02-Dec to PTAGIS via PCA. 12/01/2007 09:06 alan@ree 06:BadOscFreq: This one-time alarm will be investiggated during the next site visit. 11/28/2007 07:48 Scott_Li Called Embarq , the DSL provider, and they indicated that the recent problem with the DSL service was a bad card in the central office. No technician ever went to the PRO facility. 11/27/2007 15:42 Troy At the site 11/27/2007 to meet with the sprint repair person. Upon arrival the DSL line was back up. After futher investigation it appears that the site's communication came back up around 2:04 pm. Checked that all files had loaded and that there were no alarms on TASS that needed to be addressed. Scott verified that all was green on BB and tested PCA on PC1 and PC2. All looks good. 11/27/2007 08:12 Scott_Li The DSL line is still down. Embarq did not respond to the service call yesterday as expected. They will be on-site today between 3:15 pm and 5:15. 11/26/2007 13:20 Troy At the site 11/26/2007 to address the issue of files not loading. Upon arrival found the DSL light blinking. Went through the 'tech support' hoops with no luck. A technician is scheduled to visit the site between 3:15 pm and 5:15 pm. More information when it is available. 11/22/2007 12:31 Alan There appear to be issues in Portland with access to the router at PRO. Data collection has been verified. PTAGIS Field Operations will continue to monitor. 11/14/2007 14:16 Troy A site GMC was performed 11/14/2007. All transceivers were checked for tune and adjustments made where needed. 04 and 02 have elevated noise levels that cannot be tuned out. There is a 4-6" level differential from the upstream to downstream edges of the viewing window. This is usually the result of plugged trash racks which cause the noise. No other problems to report. 11/14/2007 13:32 Troy At the site 11/14/2007 to set up a second VPN tunnel and put the PC's to IP address that follow our standard convention. (Refer to the updated IP table for the new IP addresses for PC1,PC2,Util and Router). Set IP address on the router via the util, changed the IP address on the util. Configured the second tunnel via the util. Shut down data collection on PC2 and changed the IP and Gateway addresses on PC2. PC1 and PC2 were exactly 2 min behind atomic time. Set the time on PC1 and sunk the time using About Time on PC2. Stopped data collection on PC1 and opened a gap file on PC2 PRO07318.O2. Changed the IP address and Gateway address on PC1. Rebooted PC1 so the changes would take and when Minimon started closed the gap file. Manually pushed PRO07318.E1 from PC1, then manually pushed PRO07318.O2 from PC2. PCA was tested from Kennewick on all three PC's 11/14/2007 12:48 Scott_Li Modified the BB hosts file and Site I/P table to reflect the new addressing changes 11/10/2007 09:12 darren@r A2:BadOscFreq: Juvenile site is down for the season. Clearing TASS alarm. 11/08/2007 17:17 PTOC_Bot I updated the current site configurations for PRO, RRF, RZF, SUJ, and WFF to identify these as "main" sites. Effective with the IDL run at 6PM tonight, the obs_main table will be populated and updated with detections at these sites. 10/29/2007 09:08 Alan File load issues were traced to an incomplete file transfer, leaving the .zip file in the TEMP folder. Via PCA, that file was deleted, then files PRO07299.G1 through PRO07302.B1 were uploaded manually. This has happened three other times this year (8/23, 9/23 and 10/13). All files older than 2007 were then deleted from the TEMP folder. 10/28/2007 09:42 Alan Data collection has been verified on both PCs. 10/27/2007 08:12 Alan Data collection was confirmed on both PCs via PCA. 10/26/2007 14:48 Don_Warf Site DSL is back in service. Files are failing to auto upload. Per Todd K. eliminated the firewall as the culprit. Suspect Embark DSL service or MM problem. Will further investigate on Monday. Data collection can be confirmed via PCA during the weekend. 10/23/2007 15:19 Troy A site GMC was performed 10/23/2007. All transceivers were checked for tune and adjustements made where needed. The right and left ladders are experiencing noise due to clogged trash racks. The center ladder is quiet and has a very laminar flow. Issues with the DSL account are being addressed and communication should be restored soon. 10/13/2007 09:11 Darren The site had not loaded since 18:00 yesterday. I manually pushed the files this morning after deleting the .zip file that was in the temp directory. 10/13/2007 08:57 darren@r A3:BadOscFreq: PSMFC will investigate this alarm during the next site visit. 10/09/2007 14:56 Darren A site GMC was performed today (10-9-07). All transceivers were checked for tuning, noise, and detection ability. No problems were found. 10/02/2007 15:50 Scott_Li As of 1400 hrs today, communications to xcvr A3 has been restored 10/01/2007 10:11 scottl Purpose of visit to the site was to repair the communications problem with xcvrs 01,03,05,A1,A2,51. Problem turned out to be the UPS for PC2 has failed and needs to be replaced. Also PC2 was not collecting data when arrived. Bypassed the bad ups and plugged all associated devices either directly into the wall outlet and or the primary UPS. Site is back in operation and verified by-directions communications to all devices. Will replace UPS tomorrow while traveling to Rosa for site visit. 09/30/2007 08:38 Troy There is still no communication between 01,03,05 and the platform. PSMFC will address this tomorrow (10/01/07). 09/29/2007 10:45 Troy 01,03, and 05 are not communicating with the platform. I attempted to PCA into PC2 with no luck. I was able to PCA into PC1. Could not communicate with any of the odd numbered antennas. I rebooted PC1 in an attempt to re- establish comm's. This was not successful. 1 antenna on each ladder is still communicating with the platform. PSMFC will monitor over the weekend and someone will be on site first thing Monday morning. Initial thoughts is there may be a defunct wall wart. More when more is known. 09/29/2007 09:33 Troy Investigating why the upstream antenna on each ladder is not getting it's TT data to the pittage room. 09/29/2007 09:26 troy@ree A3:BadOscFreq: PSMFC will investigate this on the next site visit. 09/26/2007 08:04 alan@ree 01:LowExcCurrent,A2:LowExcCurrent: These alarms were generated by site personnel during a site visit. 09/25/2007 16:03 Alan A GMC was performed 9/25/2007. All transceivers were checked and tuned as necessary. Transceivers 04 and 06 are showing noise into the 20s due to accumulations in the trash racks. Transceiver A1 was found locked-up and was replaced. No fish data were lost as the JFF is de-watered. The clocks on both PCs were adjusted to within one second of atomic time. No other problems found. 09/23/2007 12:08 scottl The site had problems loading data files since the 265.d was loaded. Accessed PC1 and found that the .zip file in the .tmp directory did not get deleted after the last transaction. Deleted file and restarted Minimon. Files were then sucessfully uploaded to PTAGIS. In the process of diagnosing the problem, The data files were incidentaly submitted twice to the data data base. This is not of concern, the DB will detect the duplicate files and remove what is necessary. No other problems to report. 09/23/2007 10:58 scottl The site has not loaded since .165.D file. having troubles with the VPN end point and have not been able to access the site. will continue to try and verify data collection. 09/10/2007 15:30 Alan A GMC was performed 9-10-2007. All transceivers were checked and tuned as necessary. The UPSs were swapped in an effort to improve PC1's reliability. No activity was observed on PC2 during PC1's downtime. The clocks on both PCs were set to within one second of atomic time, no problems found. 09/10/2007 07:34 darren@r A1:TestTagFailure: The juvenile site is not currently active. We will monitor for future alarms. 09/07/2007 08:54 Alan Files PRO07248.J9, PRO07249.G2, PRO07249.H2 and PRO07249.I9 from PC2 were tailored to fit the gaps in data for 9/5/2007 and 9/6/2007. PC1 could be developing issues and will be investigated at the next opportunity. 09/05/2007 09:27 Alan Files PRO07247.G2, PRO07247.H2, PRO07247.I9 were submitted manually from PC2 to fill the files gap from yesterday. 09/04/2007 12:06 Alan_Bro Evidently, an event occurred at PRO. Both PCs have been verified as operational. Any data gap will be dealt with this afternoon. 08/31/2007 09:01 Alan PRO failed uploading for the same reason Darren described in the pitevent of 08/23/2007 10:45. Manually pushed PRO07242.E1, PRO07242.F1, PRO07242.G1, PRO07242.H1, PRO07243.A1 and PRO07243.B1 to PTAGIS via PCA. 08/31/2007 08:50 darren@r 06:BadOscFreq,06:LowExcCurrent: Alarms will be investigated during the next site GMC. 08/30/2007 17:05 Alan_Bro Sprint confirms a DSL outage with a return of service estimated to "8 or 8:30 tonight" 08/30/2007 08:28 darren@r 04:BadOscFreq: No direct cause for this alarm. We will monitor for future alarms. 08/23/2007 10:45 Darren PSMFC was on site to investigate a communications problem for file uploads. The system on PC1 was rebooted several times believing that the problem was a porting issue but this did not solve the problem. When performing a test load to PTAGIS we encountered the same error message: "Cannot open local file for reading" upon furhter investigation it was discovered that on the 21:00 load the client (PC1) tried to log into the server twice and this produced two error messages: ftp error#4 - error opening local file. ftp error#5 - Error writing to local file. The Temp file was examined and there was a file that was created yesterday and instead of a .ack extension it was a .zip. This file was deleted and a test file was successfully sent to PTAGIS. The back files were then loaded to PTAGIS. During the time of the rebooting of PC1 a patch file PRO07235.M2 was created and uploaded to replace files .G1, .H1, .I1, and .J1. During this process no PIT tag detections were noticed on PC2. 08/23/2007 08:07 Scott_Li The site is not uploading data files, problem is being addressed and will post more info when available. 08/16/2007 16:28 Scott_Li Performed site GMC, all transceivers were tuned and calibrated as necessary. Unit 04 in the center ladder is in an excessive noise condition due to turbulence caused by trash racks being clogged. The JFF is not in operation at this time. No other problems to report. 08/14/2007 08:44 Alan Files PRO07225.G2 and PRO07225.H9 were submitted manually form PC2 via PCA to fill the 01:38:00 file gap of 8/13/2007. 08/13/2007 10:43 Alan Via PCA, I verified that the site is operational. I will attempt to fill any data holes later today. 08/01/2007 12:48 Troy A site GMC was performed 08/01/2007. All transceivers were checked for tune and adjustments made where needed. 04 has noise spikes due to water turbulance. There is approximately a 10" difference in water level between 03 and 04. PC1 and PC2 were 2 min's behind atomic time. They both were adjusted to with in 1 second of each other and atomic time. The juvenile facility is still de-watered. No problems to report. 07/26/2007 12:05 Scott_Li Big Brother has been reporting that PC and PC2 has been bouncing on and off line. While at the site BB reported that PC2 was currently unavailable, a diagnostic test was performed and was successful. After talking with Todd, he indicated that BB has been acting peculiar in other areas and that he needs to further investigate when he returns to his office. The site has not missed any data uploads since this problem has been noticed. Will wait and see what Todd finds, in the mean time, no further action will be taken unless the site starts to fail data uploads. 07/25/2007 08:20 Scott_Li PC1 and 2 are continuing to drop on and off line. It appears that the problem started at the time that the tunnel was re-established on Thursday July 19th. Big Brother indicates that Gateway is stable (Modem) but the router is not. Called Todd and left message, will follow up with this later in the AM. 07/19/2007 12:23 scottl In leiu of the recent events with the DSL serivce provider, the router was re-installed and the VPN tunnel was reconfigured. Verified that remote access to the data collection platforms has been established. Ran diagnotic test uploads on both PC1 and 2 without problems. PC1 was re- booted due to a configuration change, no PIT tag detections were observed on PC2 during this time. 07/18/2007 15:49 Darren_C PSMFC was on site today to investigate the communication problems with the site. There were some problems with routing and the DSL connection. The situation has been satisfied as of now but will be re-addressed tomorrow and placed back to PSMFC communication standards. The files were sent in and the site should load automatically. 07/18/2007 08:30 Alan_Bro Darren is en route to troubleshoot the situation. 07/17/2007 08:26 Darren Mark Johnstone of the YIN fisheries notified our office this morning that the Right Bank Ladder was placed back into operation this morning. 07/16/2007 16:26 Darren_C I spoke with Mark Johnstone this afternoon and he confirmed that the Juvenile facility was shut down as of 09:00 on 7-10-07. He also informed us that the center ladder will be going down for until December. The ladder has not gone down as of this afternoon but he will inform us as to the exact time of shutdown when it occurs. 07/16/2007 15:15 Darren A site GMC was performed today 7-16-07. All transceivers were checked for tuning, noise, and detection ability. Currently there is no water flowing through the Juvenile facility. I will try to contact Mark Johnstone about the facilities operation status. There is also no water flowing through the right bank ladder. BOR is trying to clear all the debris in front of the dam. the flow through the middle bank ladder is low and is causing hydraulic issues with antenna 04 although it is detecting tags it is noisy because of the flow. The trash racks need to cleaned. No other problmes were found. 07/16/2007 08:12 darren@r 05:HighTemp: This alarm will be investigated during the site GMC today. 07/07/2007 08:12 alan@ruf 01:Overrun,01:TestTagFailure: It appears as though a power outage may have occurred at the ladder causing these alarms. PTAGIS Field Operations will attempt to confirm this Monday. 06/21/2007 14:56 Troy A site GMC was performed 06/21/2007. All transceivers were checked for tune and no problems were found. Flows were laminar through all three ladders. 20 sticks were thrwon on the A coils the results are as follows: A1 20/20 A2 20/20 A3 20/20 PC1 and PC2 are 22 seconds behind atomic time. 06/13/2007 10:03 Alan A GMC was performed 6/13/2007. All transceivers were checked and tuned as necessary. The transceivers in the ladders are performing well despite the formidible accumulation in the forebay. The separator was stick tested with 20 sticks, results following: A1 20/20 A2 20/20 A3 20/20 The clocks on both PCs were adjusted to within one second of atomic time. No other problems found. 06/06/2007 11:52 Darren A site GMC was performed today (6-6-07). All transceivers were checked for tuning, noise and detection ability. The river is very high and full of debris. The water level through the right bank counting window is down and causing noise spikes on both transceivers but the detection ability is good. 10 sticks were passed through the separator monitor with 100% detection. No problems were discovered. 06/05/2007 08:21 troy@ruf 02:LowExcCurrent: A GMC is scheduled for tomorrow and this will be looked into then. 06/02/2007 10:04 alan@ruf 02:LowExcCurrent: This ladder is currently dewatered. 06/01/2007 08:39 troy@ruf 02:LowExcCurrent: This ladder is currently de-watered which may be the cause of the low exciter current alarms. This will be investigated on the next site visit. 05/31/2007 08:33 darren@r 02:LowExcCurrent,03:BadExcFreq,03:BadOscFreq,03:LowExcCurrent,03:TestTagFa ilure: Alarms were generated by PSMFC personnel during a site GMC. 05/30/2007 12:48 Darren A site GMC was performed today (5-30-07). All transceivers were checked for tuning, noise , and detection ability. The Right Bank ladder is currently out of service while BOR conducts an effort to remove the debris between the right bank and center ladders. The center ladder antenna 04 has quite a bit of spiking in the signal. This is causing the timer tag not to fire because of system activity. The system was checked but appears to be fine. The ladder waster level is very high possibly due to the right bank being down but also the amount of debris which is causing some water deflection. PSMFC will monitor this for improvement as the debris is being removed. The Juvenile facility was checked and found to be in tune. 10 diversion sticks were passed through the separator monitor with 100% detection and diversion. 05/30/2007 08:40 darren@r 02:LowExcCurrent: This alarm will be addressed today during a site GMC. 05/29/2007 08:09 scottl@r 02:LowExcCurrent: Will correct during the GMC on Wednesday 05/26/2007 11:14 troy@ruf 02:LowExcCurrent: The current may be at the current alarm threshold, this will be adjusted if needed. 05/25/2007 08:04 Scott_Li Big Brother is indicating a problem with PC1 and 2. This is due to a routing issue caused by the change from the 199 network to the 10.1. Will get with Todd and correct this. The site is sending in data files, this issue will be corrected this morning. 05/24/2007 14:39 scottl Performed GMC, trash racks are being cleaned today to remove debree from the fish passage way on all three ladders. Changed the secure tunnel route on the Linksys router so that remote access will be possible using the Aventail web based VPN client. No problems to report. 05/16/2007 08:13 troy@ree 02:LowExcCurrent: This alarm generated during a GMC. 05/15/2007 14:32 Darren A site GMC was performed today (5-15-07). All transceivers were checked for tuning, noise and detection ability. 10 diversion test sticks were passed through the separator monitor A1, A2 reported 9 of 10 and A3 reported 10 of 10. This may have been due to orientation when placed into the monitor. No problems were found. 05/07/2007 09:37 Alan A GMC was performed 5/7/2007. All transceivers were checked and tuned as necessary. The separator and sample monitors were stick tested with 20 sticks each, results following: A1 20/20 A2 20/20 A3 20/20 51 20/20 52 20/20 The clocks on both PCs were adjusted to within one second of atomic time. No other problems found. 05/03/2007 08:09 alan@ree A3:BadOscFreq,A3:LowExcCurrent: This alarm was caused by PTAGIS Field Operations personnel during a site visit. 05/02/2007 15:48 Alan A GMC was performed 5/2/2007. All transceivers were checked and tuned as necessary. Transceiver A1 was replaced because it cannot generate a sync out signal. The separator and sample monitors were stick tested with 20 sticks each, results following: A1 20/20 A2 20/20 A3 20/20 51 20/20 52 20/20 The clocks on both PCs were adjusted to within one second of atomic time. No other problems found. 04/26/2007 10:05 Alan The left ladder is in operation prior to 4/26/2007 09:30 as shown by the webcams. 04/20/2007 11:03 Alan A GMC was performed 4/20/2007. All transceivers were checked and tuned as necessary. The separator and sample monitors were stick tested with 20 sticks each, results following: A1 20/20 A2 20/20 A3 20/20 51 20/20 52 20/20 The left ladder is de-watered as of "Monday or Tuesday" due to problems with the backboard. Site personnel expext it to be back up within a week. The clocks on both PCs were adjusted to within one second of atomic time. No other problems found. 04/17/2007 09:49 troy@ruf 01:TestTagFailure: Noted 04/13/2007 08:13 troy@ruf 01:LowExcCurrent,01:TestTagFailure: These alarms were generated during a GMC. 04/12/2007 11:08 Alan A GMC was performed 4/12/2007. All transceivers were checked and tuned as necessary. The separator and sample monitors were stick tested with 20 sticks each, results following: A1 20/20 A2 20/20 A3 20/20 51 20/20 52 20/20 Transceiver A1 is operating properly. Recent low efficiencies on that transceiver prompted a conversation with site personnel regarding the importance of maintaining clear de-watering screens just downstream from the separator monitor. Transceivers 01 and 02 are showing noise into the 80s due to a flotilla of debris in the picketed leads. Transceiver 04 is showing noise into the teens due to accumulations in the picketed leads. The clocks on both PCs were adjusted to within one second of atomic time. No other problems found. 04/02/2007 09:49 Darren On Monday 3-12-07 I was on site to adjust the Radio modem packet size for antenna 03. We have been experiencing times when the modem does not communicate. It appears that the modem generates noise and then the port on Minimon will not reset the line. Freewave has suggested that we try this change to mitigate any noise that may be present. 03/30/2007 12:33 Don_Warf Reported by Scott Kline, USBR: All adult ladders are in operation. This could have happened any time between 3/22/07 and 3/30/07. See below: I noted that ladder attractions were turned on March 22 (though ladder passage was on), so that means the ladders are accessible at about 12000 cfs flow and below, though that doesn't necessarily preclude access to ladders when flows are above 12000 cfs. As far as I know the ladders are open right now but with no attraction flow. 03/27/2007 09:03 Don_Warf Clarification for the last pitevent: The JFF was watered up for the season on 3/21/07 at 10:30 PDT. 03/27/2007 08:17 Don_Warf The site was watered up for the season on 3/21/07 at 10:30 PDT. 03/22/2007 08:01 Alan_Bro The equipment was re-installed in the left and center ladders (transceivers 01-04) 3/21/2007. All three ladders and the JFF were de-watered at that time. 03/22/2007 07:24 troy@ree 03:LowExcCurrent,04:TestTagFailure: These alarms were generated during a GMC. 03/14/2007 16:50 Alan_Bro Manually pushed PRO07073.E1 to PTAGIS via PCA. 03/14/2007 06:53 alan@ree 04:BadExcFreq,04:BadOscFreq,04:LowExcCurrent,04:TestTagFailure: This equipment has been temporarily removed due to flooding. 03/13/2007 15:22 Darren Mark Johnstone called at 15:00 and informed us that the equipment had been pulled from the Left and Center ladders because of high water and the potential to flood. He will give us a call when the equipment is put back in place so we can retune the detection systems. 03/08/2007 08:48 Alan A GMC was performed 3/8/2007. All transceivers were tuned. The JFF is still de-watered. The clocks on both PCs were set to within one second of atomic time, no problems found. 03/08/2007 07:22 Troy Noticed 03 was not communicating with the platform. Attempted to stop and start Minimon on PC1. This did not fix the problem. I then stopped the application and re-started it and that fixed the problem. I then PCA'ed into PC2 and stopped and started the minimon application. All is well again. 03/06/2007 13:01 Alan_Bro MiniMon was bounced on PC1 at ~9:40 3/6/2007 to re-establish communications with transceiver 03. 03/02/2007 08:48 dlwarf@r 01:TestTagFailure: GMC will be next week. 02/14/2007 07:28 alan@ree 02:LowExcCurrent: This alarm was generated by PTAGIS Field Operations personnel during a site visit. 02/13/2007 09:37 Alan Addendum to the previous PIT event: The JFF was dewatered at 9:35 on 1/30/2007. 02/13/2007 09:32 Alan A GMC was performed 2/13/2007. All transceivers were checked and tuned. The JFF is currently out of production as the BOR dewatered the canal on 1/30/2007. It is expected to be back up between 3/5/2007 and 3/15/2007. Data files from 2006 were moved to "2006 Data" sub-folders in the MiniMon folder on each PC. The clocks on both PCs were set to within one second of each other. No problems found. 02/07/2007 07:25 Troy 03 was put back into scan at 7:25 am on Wed. 2/7/07. The test is complete. 02/05/2007 14:33 Troy 03 was put into standby to test the web counting function. 03 will be put back into scan at 2:30pm tomorrow 02/06/07 02/02/2007 08:26 dlwarf@r 06:BadOscFreq: Noted. 01/25/2007 09:28 Troy Manually pushed PRO07025.B1 and PRO07025.C1 01/25/2007 07:37 troy@ree A2:BadOscFreq: This alarm will be looked into on the next site visit. 01/15/2007 08:41 darren@r 04:TestTagFailure: No direct cause for this failure. The timer tag is firing on its scheduled intervals. 01/10/2007 07:36 Scott_Li The JFF was watered up on 9Jan07 @ 0900 hrs. All transceivers were checked for tune and communications, no problems to report. The center ladder has been in operation for a few weeks now. No firm date as to when the ladder came back online after the potential flood warning caused the BOR to pull equipment from the PIT. Will send inquiry to Mark J. for specific time. Transceiver 03 continues to have intermittent communication problems. Periodically, the radio communications will become corrupt with "Unknown Communications Errors" The quick fix is to shutdown the interrogation software and restart. This issue has been addressed several times but still have not nailed down what is the problem is. Suspect scrambled radio transmission from the ladder to the JFF. Stick tests at the JFF were not possible due to heavy construction load in and around the facility. 01/09/2007 07:33 darren@r 06:BadExcFreq: Site will be visited for a GMC . The systems will all be checked for tuning and noise. 01/07/2007 12:08 scottl Radio communications were lost for antenna 03. Last recorded transaction was ~03-18 01/04/07 22:48:24 INFO MESSAGE: Single-shot test with Test Tag. The center ladder is not operational but this issue should be addressed at some point. Presumably, a Zero transaction flag was going to be inplimented into the reporting tool in order to alert personnel when messaging for any antenna/radio combination was lost. Will follow up on this topic. 01/02/2007 09:43 Alan_Bro Transceiver 02 experienced "Unknown Communication" errors from 11:36 12/26/2006 to 07:30 1/2/2007. PC2 was accessed via PCA, MiniMon was bounced on PC2, then DRS and DTS commands were issued successfully. PC1 was then accessed via PCA and apparently, the previous activity on PC2 restored communications to both PCs. PTAGIS Field Operations will continue to monitor. 01/01/2007 09:51 troy@ree 06:BadOscFreq: This will be looked into on the next site visit. 01/01/2007 00:00 PTOC_Bot Annual log file initiation for PRO #### End of Event Log for PRO ###
