EVENT LOG FOR SITE PRO The first line of each entry contains a date/time stamp & who is reporting. The most recent entry is listed first. Date Time Who ---------- ----- -------- 12/27/2012 12:33 Alan The PC1 UPS was replaced 12-27-2012. The JFF watered up 0735 12-21-2012. The transceivers in the JFF were tuned and stick tested with 10 sticks each. All sticks were seen on all transceivers. The clocks on both PCs are within one second of atomic time. No problems to report. 12/26/2012 13:08 Troy These sites PC2 machines were upgraded from M4 1.4.8.0 to M4 1.5.0.0 12/18/2012 13:01 Alan PC1 was replaced at ~1240PST 12-18-2012. The last file created with the old PC was PRO12353.E1. The first file created with the new PC was PRO12353.K1. No problems to report. 12/17/2012 09:50 Alan PC1 crashed twice this morning. Files PRO12352.B1 and C1 were created from .tmp files. The reamining gaps in data will be filled with M4 data from PC2. PC1 will be replaced later today. 12/11/2012 14:20 Roger Onsite on 12/11/2012 to replace radio modems on transceiver 03. Also performed GMC. Left ladder transceivers 01 and 02 have elevated noise due to debris build up. Left a message with Mark Johnston regarding the debris. There are no other problems to report. 12/10/2012 14:04 Troy The M4 machine (PC2) was upgraded to M4 ver 1.4.8 and IPWorks temp license was loaded. This temp license is for an evaulation period and pertains to the upload and archive portion of M4. 12/04/2012 12:32 Roger Performed site GMC on 12/4/2012. All ladder transceivers were checked for tune and adjusted as needed. Transceiver 02 has elevated noise spikes due to debris buildup. PC1 and PC2 are within 1 second of atomic time. There are no other problems to report. 12/03/2012 07:43 Scott_Li TT on 02 are weak, xcvrs needs tuned or trash is building in the ladder area. 11/19/2012 12:33 Troy Upgraded the M4 machines to M4 ver 1.4.7 (x86) 11/13/2012 07:49 Alan Files PRO12316.C9 and PRO12316.E9 were created from temp files found on PC1 to fill gaps in data from this weekend's incidents. 11/10/2012 08:08 Darren The .B1 file had not closed properly so it was still a .tmp. Alan PCA'd into the site and appended a close timestamp and submitted the file. The .C1 file opened correctly and was collecting data. 11/08/2012 16:14 Scott_Li M4 PC2 was upgraded today from ver. 1.4.4 to 1.4.6 11/08/2012 12:37 Alan The data gap from this morning's PC1 anomaly was patched with data from M4 running on PC2 (file PRO12313.M4). No further problems to report. 11/08/2012 11:11 scottl For unknown reasons, PC1 stopped collecting data on 11/08/12 @ 01:14:23. Found that Minimon device configuration was corrupted and therfore reporting deivce configuration mismatch when trying to start the App. After several attempts to restart and correct the situation, deleted all registry entries , files and folders referencing the Minimon installation, Re-installed MM Ver. 1.7.0 and reconfigured all settings and device configurations. For the archive, scoured the system for some explaination of the situation. System event viewer did not indicate any critical errors around the time that MM stopped collecting data but did indicate that a disk defragmentation occurrs every Wednesday at 0100 hrs. This somewhat coinsides with the time table. Cannot explicilty blaim this for the outage but worth noting. For the time being, turned off this feature. Also, due to the wackey device / Rocketport comms configuration, documented the device config and put on the desktop for future use. System is back online and all is well, will monitor. Minimon began collecting data on 11/08 at 10:51:12 (Atomic time). 11/02/2012 11:39 Darren A site GMC was performed today (11-2-12). Al the transceivers in the ladder were checked for tuning, noise and detectability. Adjustments were made as necessary. No problems were discovered during this visit. 11/01/2012 07:46 Scott_Li Per Mark J. The site stopped passing fish through the facility on July 15th 0700 hrs 10/31/2012 12:57 Rclark@b 01:TestTagFailure: A tag was in the antenna field when the test tag fired. 10/24/2012 05:54 Rclark@b 05:BadExcFreq,05:BadOscFreq,05:LowExcCurrent,06:LowExcCurrent: Caused by PSMFC personnel during site visit. 10/23/2012 14:35 Roger On site to investigate loss of comms on transceivers 05 and 06. The UPS for transceiver 06 had failed. On a previous visit, the power for 06 was inadvertantly plugged into the UPS powering the FO and radio modem for 05 and visa versa. The UPS was replaced and the transceivers and modems were plugged into the correct UPS. Transceiver 05 has elevated noise due to debris accumulation. There are no other problems to report. 10/22/2012 14:50 scottl Tuned transcievers 05 and 6. 06 appears to be more effected by the turbulence throought thantenna more than being out of tune. May suggest cleaning of the trash racks. 10/09/2012 11:37 Roger Performed site GMC on 10/9/2012. All transceivers were checked for tune and adjusted as needed. PC1 and PC2 are within 1 second of atomic time and each other. Files on PC2 were archived. The locker was restocked. There are no problems to report. 09/26/2012 10:20 Darren PSMFC was on site to try and mitigate the slight communication problems that have been occuring with the radios on detection system 04. The radio modem was replaced on the center bank, at which time there is a period of about 15 minutes where there was not any communication with the transceiver. There were no detections on antenna 03 during this period of time. The Freewave tools suite was loaded onto the utility computer which can be used for servicing the radio modems in the PITtag room as well as programming the modems prior to being deployed at the ladders. The transceiver on 03 was retuned during this change out. No other problems were discovered during this visit. 09/21/2012 07:14 PTOC_Bot CenturyLink reports they are currently experiencing an outage, the estimated return to service is no later than 16:00 PDT 9-21-2012. 09/19/2012 06:00 Rclark@b 02:HighTemp: Not uncommon for this time of year. 09/18/2012 05:59 Rclark@b 02:HighTemp: Not uncommon for this time of year. 09/08/2012 06:27 darren@b 02:HighTemp: The high temp alarms are not uncommon this time of year. 09/07/2012 14:33 darren@b 02:HighTemp,02:Overrun,04:BadOscFreq: Alarms were caused by the power being tripped and the UPS's running out of battery.
