    PTOC installed the interrogation platform and all peripherals
    associated. This included mounting the HSIP and installing the
    backpanel. No network connection was available at the time so was unable
    to test the FTP file submissions to PTAGIS. The Pittag room is under
    construction and was unable to determine when it would be completed. I
    talked with the network administrator Randy Pauli ( Chelan Co. PUD.)
    about the  network connectivity and how data is transferred to PTAGIS.
    He indicated that PcAnywhere remote access will absolutely not be
    permitted either dial-up or I/P.  Anthony Carson will coordinate all
    efforts with the PUD and call PTOC if needed to establish the connection
    and automated file transfer to PTAGIS.
