    I generated the file RIA09322.C9 from RIA09322.C2. It was truncated at
    11/18/09 07:41 to bridge a gap in data collection corresponding
    to files RIA09322.C1 and RIA09322.D1 which were lost when PC1 lost power.

    We are missing file RIA09311.H1. There is a 1 hour and 39 minute data gap
    that we will fill when we retrieve the missing file from the secondary
    computer.

    Data PC1 lost power (?) for some unknown reason, causing Minimon to shut
    down without closing file RIA09277.B1 properly. I will use RIA09277.B2 to
    fill the two hour data gap.

    I set the clocks at RIA data computers back one hour. Somehow, the clocks
    were set to reflect daylight savings time. I'm researching this to find
    out when the clocks were changed to the wrong time.

    All fishways are now back in operation at Rock Island.  The middle fishway
    was watered up on March 2, but the PIT tag detectors were not activated
    until 9AM on March 4.

    The right ladder at RIA was watered up last week and the readers were put
    into scan mode on 2/12/09 at 11:01 PST.

    So, now the right and left ladders are watered up and middle ladder is
    still dewatered.

    The middle fish ladder at Rock Island dam was dewatered on 2/4/09 at @
    3:21 p.m. PST.

    The right ladder is still de-watered, so the only operating ladder is the
    left ladder.
