    I installed new lithium batteries to the transceivers and installed the

    I manually modified the FILE CLOSED time from "03:00" to "04:00" to
    circumvent a processing error associated with the shift from PST to PDT.

    The right fishway was watered up today at 11:10 am PST. All fishways at
    RIA are now watered up for the year.

    The left fishway was watered up on 2/19/10 at 1300 hrs PST , but the
    transceivers were not enabled until 2/24/10 at 1140 hrs. PST.

    The right fishway remains de-watered.

    The middle fishway at RIA was watered up on 2/9/10 at 13:30 PST.

    The left fishway was de-watered on 2/10/10 at 13:00

    The right fishway remains de-watered.

    The middle ladder at RIA was de-watered on 01/18/10 at 11:00 PST. The
    right ladder is still de-watered. The left ladder is the only watered up
    ladder at RIA at this time. I will post an updates as I receive them.
