    08:LowExcCurrent:         Low Current Alarm for XCVR 08 on 8/17/13. I
    don't know what caused the alarm. I will investigate during the upcoming
    O&M visit.

    The right ladder was watered back up on Thursday 8/1/13 at 13:35 PST. The
    transceivers were activated on 8/2/13 at 06:30 on Friday 8/2/13.

    The right bank was de-watered on 7/29 at approximately 11:00 am PST. Adult
    sockeye have entered the attraction water chamber on the ladder and PUD
    personnel have lowered the water so they can get in and rescue the fish.
    They are hoping to have it watered back up by the afternoon of 7/30.

    The left fishway was watered up for the season on 2/26/13 at 2:00 pm PST.
    Transceivers 01, 02, 03 and 04 were activated on 2/27/13 at about 10:46 am
    PST.

    The right ladder was watered up on 2/1/13 at 11:00 am. The readers were
    activated at about 12:07 pm.

    The left ladder remains dewatered at this time.
