    BioMark informed us yesterday that the monitored release was ending and
    that they were travelling today to Rapid River to deactivate the
    interrogation system.  The last detection file of the season was closed at
    10:44 AM today.  I've updated the current RPJ record in the
    ptagis3.obs_dates table, and disabled site checking for RPJ in etc/sites.

    02:TestTagFailure:  This alarm may have been generated because a PITtag
    passed through the antenna 1 second before the tag tried to fire. This
    could have caused the timer tag to be unread by the transceiver.

    After talking with Brett Turley and Scott McCutcheon at BioMark, who
    informed us that the site is now collecting data, I re-activated site
    authorization for RPJ, and enabled file checking.

    We've processed some 800 files from RPJ even though the site is inactive
    and BioMark has not yet installed the detection equipment.  I've disabled
    the RPJ definition in etc/sites to prevent further data processing until
    we can determine the source of these data files.
