Data collection activities have concluded for the year. 04/24/2009 11:54 Brett RPJ was shut down at 09:35 PST on Friday April 24. Hatchery personnel actually seined the remaining fish out of the pond on Wednesday instead of Friday like I was told. The last file submitted was RPJ09114.D1. 04/21/2009 07:53 Brett O&M visit. Everything is looking good. On Monday afternoon, hatchery personnel ran a seine through the pond to force the fish to the lower end of the pond and encourage them to exit. On Friday, they will seine all of the fish out of the pond and I will shut the site down and put the equipment away. 04/16/2009 09:51 Brett O&M visit on 4/13. Everything functioning properly. About 2/3 of the fish have left the pond. 04/07/2009 09:10 Ryan Weekly O&M visit conducted 4/6/09. Everything functioning properly. Ryan Richmond Fisheries Biologist Biomark, Inc. 703 S. They are planning on forcing out the remaining fish and draining the pond around the 24th of April. 03/18/2009 09:58 -_Ryan Weekly O&M visit on Tuesday March 17th. I arrived to the site at about noon local time (10:00am PST). PC1- PC1 had stopped sending data. Last file sent was at 3:00am March 17th. I rebooted PC1 and uploaded files that were in the buffer (1 file- RPJ09076.A1). Checked the Minimon temp folder and there was a .zip file for 3/17 at 3:00am that did not open. PC2- I archived the files on PC2. When I went to click the "Commands" button on the toolbar I accidentally clicked the "Report" button and Minimon shut down. I restarted Minimon immediately. This occurred at about 10:08am PST. At 10:00am PST PC2 had started logging data to file RPJ09076.K2. After I restarted Minimon data was being logged to RPJ09076.L2. The .K2 file was not in the upload buffer for archiving. I found a .K2.TMP file and I sent that file, as well as files RPJ09076.D2-.J2, to Dave Marvin. There is about a 6-7 minute gap in the data due to the shutdown of Minimon on PC2. I called Dave Marvin while I was at the site and sent him all the files to fill the data gap (except for the gap from 10:01-10:08am PST). Ryan Richmond Fisheries Biologist Biomark, Inc. 703 S. I was able to PCA into the site and found that there was a compressed ZIP file in the temp directory. I had to stop the application and restart it to release the ZIP file hold. Then I was able to delete the file, the timing for auto upload was scheduled to upload so I allowed the auto upload to happen and I will check the status after the upload process. Darren R. Chase PSMFC Office :(509) 735-2773 Ext. 3 Cell: (509) 539-6786 02/17/2009 08:15 Darren I was able to PCA into the site and found that Minimon was creating one large file. The file RPJ09046.E1 covers the entire time from 2-15 at 12:00 until 2-17 at 07:54. No apprent reason for this problem, the application was stopped and restarted to change the file. The files will be off until midnight tonight. 02/10/2009 07:57 Brett We installed the antennas and turned on the transceivers at RPJ yesterday (2/9). Idaho Fish and Game had just started tagging fish into the pond, and they will be released sometime in mid-March. The exact date is not known at this point. 02/09/2009 16:45 Dave I updated the obs_site_dates table and set the start date/time to 1PM this afternoon, coincident with the first data record in the first RPJ data file we received this year. 02/09/2009 14:32 scottl Turned on file submission checking for this site. Edited the Etc/Sites file. 02/09/2009 13:34 Scott_Li Brett Turley called and indicated that the site data collection platform has been put online for the year and that data files are being submitted 3 x per hr. Fish are being tagged starting today and put into the rearing ponds. Brett indicated they will start to release fish around March 16th or 17th. Site data submission checking will be reinstated. 01/01/2009 00:00 PTOC_Bot Annual log file initiation for RPJ #### End of Event Log for RPJ ###
