    The final fish were forced out of the pond and interrogation at Rapid
    River hatchery was shut down at 10:29 am PST on 4/23/10. The last file was
    RPJ10113.D1. The antennas were removed from the pond and the data
    computers were shut down and disabled.

    Contacted Biomark as to why the site has missed two data loads. Brett will
    be on-site tomorrow to investigate and shut the site down for the season.

    On 2-17-2010 and 2-24-2010, power outages created some gaps in data.
    Files RPJ10048.C9 and RPJ10055.A1 were created from tmp files found on
    the data collection PCs. These files were submitted to help fill the data
    gaps. No further data exist to fill the remainder of these gaps.

    O&M visit on 04/19/10. Minimon was was unable to upload files because of a
    .ZIP file in the Temp folder was preventing Minimon from dialing out. We
    had to re-boot the computer to delete the .ZIP file and get Minimon to
    upload.  The final day of operation is Friday 4/23.

    Biomark was contacted concerning the loading issues over the weekend and
    it was reported that they are fighting the .ZIP file issue. Some files
    were pushed last night but the site hasn't loaded since. Biomark is en-
    route to the site as this is being posted.

    There was a software glitch of some kind that prevented Minimon from
    dialing out and uploading the data files. We re-booted PC 1 and that
    has appeared to solve the issue.

    For some reason, PC1 stopped uploading data files. I logged in remotely
    and uploaded the files. I stopped and re-started Minimon.

    O&M visit on 4/12/10. Everything working well. Checked transceiver
    diagnostics, read efficiency and archived all files on backup computer.

    The hatchery is planning on pushing any remaining fish out of the pond on
    April 23.

    I retrieved missing file RPJ10091.C1 from data PC1 and submitted it to
    PTAGIS.

    Data PC1 locked up yesterday evening sometime after 1800 hrs. I used the
    files from PC2, starting at RPJ10093.S2 and ending at RPJ10094.O2, to
    fill the data gap. I rebooted PC1 and matched the file extension with
    PC2, so the next file submitted should be RPJ10094.P1.

    Also, I retrieved the missing file RPJ10091.C1 and I will submit it
    manually when I get to the office tomorrow (4/5). It appears there will
    be about an 8 minute data gap. It looks like the PC's lost power for a
    few minutes.

    I checked the transceiver diagnostics and everything looks good.

    Site visit on 3/29/10. Everything was performing nomally. Each coil tested
    with test tag and checked transceiver diagnostics. Both computers were
    working properly and I synched the time.

    Contacted Biomark regarding a file gap from yesterday's D file. They will
    respond.

    O&M visit occurred on 3/23. Everything was operating normally. I tested
    each coil with test tag, checked transceiver diagnostics, and made sure
    both computers were working properly and had the same time.

    I retrieved missing file RPJ10055.A1 from the primary PC and sent it to
    Alan to send to PTAGIS. It will fill 1 hour and 15 minutes of the 1 hour
    and 22 minute gap in the database.

    O&M visit to RPJ. The gates were pulled to begin the volitional release on
    3/15/10 at 11:15 am PST. All equipment is performing well.

    I manually modified the FILE CLOSED time from "03:00" to "04:00" to
    circumvent a processing error associated with the shift from PST to PDT.

    Volitional release date for RPJ is Monday March 15.

    RPJ was installed today. The first file should be RPJ10035.B1

    I don't know when the release is scheduled for, but I will post it when I
    find out.
