    to be dewatered until the beginning of March.

    failures acknowledged. Test tag failures for 03 largely occurred when the
    CPU board malfunctioned.

    The CPU board on transceiver 03 died on August 4 at approximately 1300
    hrs. I replaced the CPU board and got the transceiver back up and running
    on August 7 at about 1015 hrs. Transceiver 03 was down just under 3 days.

    There was a broken switch in the PUD network that caused a loss of
    internet connection for the RRF data computers. PUD personnel fixed the
    problem and now we are able to send data again from the RRF data
    computers. I uploaded all back logged files to PTAGIS, and now the data
    should be present and accounted for.

    RRF has not sent a data file since 7/10 because the network connection to
    the computers is down at Rocky Reach dam. We currently have a PUD computer
    network guy trying to find the problem.

    The fish ladder was watered up on 3/3/08. The transceivers were
    re-installed and turned on 3/3/08 at 16:50 hours.
